Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

There's no way in hell Biden could possibly win again without industrial scale cheating or divine intervention. He has nothing to run on for 2024 especially if Trump isn't the Republican frontrunner.

Joe and Jill definetly, but give Hunter a couple kids, some money, and blow and you have yourself a useful idiot who can cry to the general public about how much he misses mommy and daddy thus adding more sympathy to the situation, bonus points if he adds Beau into the ordeal.
Hunter can be bought off. Jill would be a tougher sell as she would demand a lot more than Hunter so she'll have to go along with her husband.

More inclined towards this, you can see people in the background responding to his movement. If it were prerecorded bullshit that'd be difficult to sync up. And if someone seriously suggests 3D animation I will laugh in their face. The sheer price of doing that well and a lot would be a bit much for them to pull off without someone blowing the whistle.

Styx mentioned in his stream this morning he thought it looked like a couple people were rolling their eyes but trying to make it not noticeable.

It could be this is occurring in a different room, where they can still hear him speak, but they are being recorded onto a green screen behind him.
