If it's between consenting adults, it will almost certainly just end in some plea deal with probation or something at most. Who knows, his case is getting a hearing on the 16th of this month but I have no idea how the court system works.

If his previous, less serious cases are anything to go by it'll be a big disapointment where he doesn't show and the judge announces there'll be a postponement or whatever.

Anything you hear of the trial with be word-of-mouth, either from reporters or folks going undercover. Photography and recording is strictly prohibited in most courtrooms, which is why there are courtroom sketches and stenography made as a record of the trial, as a compromise.

As mentioned before, don't expect to get past any metal detectors with any recording devices. They'll make you leave them behind.
