I might have some level of language challenge here, probably forgot what this was about and all, but what this paper basically says that he would take it as some kind of win? What the context of it is? It left me very confused.

You have to be up on the back history of Yaniv's conflict with his own condo's strata council, and his desperate attempts to find the identity of Kiwi Demigod(ess?) @WGkitty aka LangleyResident who lives in JY's building. He has tried to get the strata to basically give him the dox of everyone in his complex. After being laughed at and BTFO'ed repeatedly, he's managed to trigger a review of the last refusal he was given.

Why he thinks this is a win, I have no clue. His request will be merely looked at closer for any validity, none will be found, request rejected again. Yaniv rages, gets drunk, beats his puppy, and the world marches on.

Even if Yaniv manages to get a list of residents, he can’t determine anything from it. There won’t be an asterisk beside his/her name that says WGKitty on it. And since it’s basically an “I Am Spartacus” account, it could be multiple residents leaking. It could be the whole strata including the council, or the entire population of Langley, shitting on Jon. I wouldn’t discount that…

By the way, thank you for calling out Meow Mix on that vapid Miriam parody, HOLY COW was it cringe. They need to take that down. MM is a hair’s breadth away from getting their own thread.

And as funny and useful as it is and has been, there's still the risk that he convinced himself, conveniently, that kitty is a disabled elder (which isn't disproved yet, I insist on that ) or any human physically weaker.

First, everyone seems to close the eyes for the no poop touching principle, the actual only excuse I have seen for this is : "but he is SO vile that everything would be justified" or something like that. That's twisted morals, and with MM's catfishes, his neibours spying and posting here, plus the "funny parodies" , I find that's a lot of shit to swallow. We are not supposed to produce content for the cow, lol. That's stupid.

So true. That was the most juvenile piss-take I've ever seen. Neither funny nor insightful, it just reeked of autism. And then there are the foaming a-logs in the comments of EVERY post there, just sperging out venom to presumably make themselves feel superior to Yaniv, though that's easily accomplished without such screeching raging 'tism. It's like they expect JY to read it and take it to heart, like they are blasting it into his ear instead of typing words in a void. I wanted MM to succeed after they seemed to pull it together last year, hell I even donated a little. But shit like this....

It is curious that what Yaniv interprets as "winning" is clearly a sign that the defendants and prosecutors, in the various legal and civil actions that he is currently involved in, are going to great lengths to ensure that every last 'i' is dotted and every last 't' is crossed. Their obvious intention is deliver robust judgements that will leave him with no wiggle room and will hopefully stop him in his tracks.

Like that other mysterious behemoth, the blue whale, there remains much that we don't know about Yaniv. Does he seriously believe that the wheels of justice are turning in his favour and are about rain down jackpots that will keep him eye-deep in booze and tampons? I go back and forth on whether he is delusional in the sense that he is suffering from some form of psychosis, or if these misguided beliefs are a by-product of stubbornness and a borderline retard-tier IQ.

Agreed on MM. In the beginning I kicked down for their court costs (papers & such)
When they started that fund raiser, they keep 50% of the 1st $750 for their "costs" or some shit, I started having my doubts as to their intent.
