What will Hector do when either:
• Media updates the story
• Six month pass and shockingly, there's no change in the data

Is the plan to just constantly hope everyone is too stupid for their own good? I feel like the current story is just assuming your followers, friends, etc, are dumbasses who cannot check this information themselves (even just out of curiosity) or just blindly trust you?
Although I'd assume however many remain do fall into the dumbass category for ever believing Byuu was dead, but I'd give some slack for the silently skeptical.

I want to be optimistic and hope it strikes a nerve with someone who has experienced actual loss to suicide. Just to knock him down a few, when they make a rambling tweet that gets traction.
This is the whole reason they want KF gone. Because it archives stupidity and will not stop. If there were no KF, there would be no collective memory of that time some tranny posted on their Facebook about stealing used tampons from the public restroom that they collect in a Tupperware dish. Or the non-binary furry who tweeted that he hasn't sucked off any dogs (yet) but he sure likes the idea of it.

They want to erase the Internets collective memory, and have successfully put pressure on certain agencies (some news sites have begun removing things if you ask nicely) and some jurisdictions (right to be forgotten laws).

Debatably but it's highly unlikely he will. Null doesn't care enough about this and there's no proof Byuu profited or actively was the one to ddos the website. He just passively benefitted from twitter outrage.
This. I think people want to see Byuu pay some kind of retribution, and that's understandable.

The best part imo is that the longer Byuu ignores this, the worse it gets. Each second must be fucking horrible, thinking about how bad this shitshow got.

I don't know how people deal with that shit. I'd just rip the band aid off, you know? Get it over with

Maybe I'm retarded, but does Null not have a case for slander/libel here?
Not a lawyer, but, gonna say no. One of the hard parts is to prove "reputational harm" and obviously, the farms didn't have any. The second aspect is they were just "reporting" on the news they heard. Which they got from some twitter fag , who allegedly got it from an anonymous source. So they would need to subpeona twitter to get that twitter users real name, phone number, or even IP, which could be faked with a VPN, to then get a warrant for the twitter user to take his devices to then search them for info to get the original poster. Which could use a VPN and a throw away email to send it.

And that's only if they are all american.

My guess is the guy who received the anonymous statement wrote it himself, and this is all just autism we should continue to point and laugh at.

Having lived in Japan and having experienced their retarded paperwork system, the possibility of paperwork being filed late is zero. You can't even comprehend how fucking autistic they are about paperwork. I filed a moving document a day late once and some people from the city hall turned up at my office to ask where it was. Additionally, anyone who has been to a Japanese city hall will know that they have about 50 people looking after jobs that a single computer or at most three people could handle, and this is in rural areas. I lived in Tokyo for a while and they had an even larger excess of staff. If a foreigner died they would quite simply shit the bed and fill in all the paperwork immediately.
Fairly sure that this is a country where people get sacked or have to publicly apologise if trains are late too often. They are so autistic with doing things the right and proper way.

maybe? but thats an uphill battle to prove in a court. You need to prove not only that what he said was false, but also that it damaged your business. The Farms hasn't really seen a drop in users, and i very much doubt revenue has dropped at all, so it makes it hard to see it work out.

Assuming you can actually serve him, that is.
Would the forced host migration count as verifiable damage?

Yeah this could happen, but it was over 2 months and only proof of guys death is randos on the internet claiming yeah he is dead source trust me here is urn with his name on it.

No official document no statement from family nothing.

Official Story from Twatter post is Near hanged himself inside his apartment while being on phone call with guy who made post.
Dunno if it's been covered, so sorry if it has. But that urn isn't for cremains. Urns for human cremains tend to fall into two categories, temporary storage and long term. The temp ones are when people like to scatter ashes or bury them near a plant or tree, or dump them at sea. Long term are the ones you use for like, putting on the mantelpiece, or in a family depository.

That's not screw top, for one thing. Trust me, you need a screw top lid on an urn. Unless you want cremains scattered asunder cos your asshole of a cat knocked it off the shelf. Also, it's too big. Reality is, even fat people burn down to very little. All the soft tissue and fat and organs burns away, and the ashes are then put in something like a laundry machine with cement balls in, which crushes down bone chunks. But an average body won't make a whole lot of remains.

Sorry if this is late.

Congratulations KiwiFarms.
FIFY, "Wayne". All adds up now.

I don't think they will until a smoking gun is found. Something like a photograph of him in Japan being posted or a family member saying he's still alive and they wish people would stop harassing them over it. Until then it's all hearsay and it makes them look bad in twitter's eyes to buy into "Kiwifarms gossip". Until Byuu is proven without a shadow of a doubt to be still alive and perfectly well they won't start doing retractions.

Debatably but it's highly unlikely he will. Null doesn't care enough about this and there's no proof Byuu profited or actively was the one to ddos the website. He just passively benefitted from twitter outrage.
Even if Dave shows up and tweets "lol jk" there's not a single publication that will retract shit, the wikipedia article is going to forever name us as the murderers of beloved emulation hero byuu, and retarded trannies on twitter are going to keep tweeting about kiwifarms driving true and honest transwoman Near to suicide and then blocking anyone who argues. All that's going to change is some of people who would be championing poor dead David Ginder will stop doing that and pretend this never happened.

I don't know why people expected anything different.

I think the most likely explanation for Hector is that he's retarded and was taken for a ruse cruise.

Byuu probably posed as the "anonymous friend" who somehow knew David Ginder's personal address, workplace and next of kin contact details (as Hector himself admitted that he didn't know these details - he met up with Byuu irl but Byuu was very private). "Anonymous Friend" claimed to have been on the call with Byuu but listened to him die and stayed on the call for 45 minutes afterwards (out of "shock"), thereby guaranteeing that Byuu must be dead and could not have been rushed to hospital, and disclosed this via a GoogleDoc that was shared with Hector. Subsequently "anonymous friend" told Hector he'd spoken to the police. He also told Hector he had Byuu's passport (somehow) and had been instructed to post it to verify the death, but decided not to, and that he had Byuu's death certificate.

Hector had started getting heat about taking everything this "anonymous friend" said at face value after the anonymous GoogleDoc, so decided to fudge the details and claim that he himself had personally spoken to the police.

"Wayne Beckett" then popped up to say he'd confirmed Byuu's death separately. Wayne Beckett is a real person (a boomer with limited internet presence who has a now tenuous connection to Byuu) but this guy (who throws around words like "incel") claimed to be his employer based in the "Hong Kong office" and was notfied that police "broke in" to Byuu's apartment. Likely this was Byuu posing as some random guy he used to work with, and so assumed people wouldn't spot the changes to business structure (or just didn't know, since all he did was product development and didn't pay attention to whatever the admin team said). He claimed he had somehow obtained a photo of Byuu's ACTUAL corpse, but wouldn't post it, and then posted a photograph of a cheap urn that had been customised to have his name on it (but no supplementary proof, not even a hastily mocked up memorial service pamphlet).

Hector at this point was convinced Byuu was dead because Byuu had said he would an hero and hadn't been online since, and nobody would go on the internet and tell lies. So he's gone into denial about any inconsistencies in the story and doubled down on the details he's fudged. Hence the post-hoc rationalisations about the US Department of State, lack of obit and insistence that he still has the death certificate etc.

Even if a photo of Byuu is posted, it won't matter, because they'll just claim it isn't him but someone who looks like him. If Byuu resurfaces and flat out says he faked his own death, the claim will then be "KiwiFarms harassed him so much that he considered suicide and decided to fake his own death to get away with it" and "KiwiFarms has killed others!".

This Hector Martin person is something else. Show the proof (since you made this all a public matter), or STFU. Of course, he is a "victim", and not being on Twitter is the ultimate internet addict sacrifice.
Hector Martin absolutely gets what he fucking deserves with this shit. Sure, he's complicit in the lie, but people forget that he was heckling us for months about this shit:

And many more examples. Note: he didn't have to say any of this shit. He chose to comment about the Isabella Janke stuff. He chose to tweet at Matthew Prince to try and get Cloudflare to pull Kiwi Farms' hosting. He chose to publicly dunk on the faggots trying to break into his account. He chose to liken us to QAnon boomers and go on a multi-tweet rant about "how we're all mentally deranged dumbasses".

He didn't have to do any of that. And most normal people, grieving the non-fictional loss of a non-fictional friend, sure as fuck wouldn't be prodding at the people they thought were responsible. If it turned out that Byuu was listed as an actual death in the government log, Hector would be absolutely doing a victory lap right now. He said as much himself.

So: fair's fair, right?

2 & 3) the constant DDOSing that followed because of this and the downtime and cost for upgrading server hardware etc
The courts would require proof the DDOS occurred as a direct result of Hector's lies, which is impossible, or tell Josh to fuck off and go sue the person who did the DDOS instead, which is also impossible.

I don't think owning a website that bullied a weeb to death counts as per se defamation, so as beautiful as it'd be to see Hector in deposition, I doubt Josh is gonna waste any money on this bullshit.

I'm really happy that Byuu faked his suicide...it led me straight here and I like it here.

Honestly if everyone had done what I did when I heard that the farms were involved and just come here to sus it out then none of this would have gained any traction.

I just knew.

japs might just have filed the death a couple days later
wait another month imo, once the data for august is online and he doesn't show up in that list either then we know for sure that he's alive
Doesn't really matter if they filed it a few days later, it doesn't change the actual date of death which is what this records.

Even if it were filed a few days late, that would still be 2-3 months ago, which is plenty of time to add it into the official list of deaths until June 30.

There's clearly a reason the records are updated every 6 months, and I'm sure one of the factors of that is that some countries are shit at paperwork. Why would they, 2 months after the official cut off date, say that the records are complete til June...

cant archive, but nothing for late june 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀
Wait a sec, are you telling me mentally ill men pretending to be women tried to exagerate their own mental illness for attention, emotionally blackmail people with blatant lies, and then get mad at people for the lies they themselves made up resulting in pathetic gay ops that only mentally ill trannies would think is clever?

I never would've guessed.
