I must've missed this. When did he claim to have the cert? Most jurisdictions don't just hand out death certificates of the recently deceased to just anybody, so if Hector said he has it then his credibility is looking even worse.

I almost breezed past this. So on July 25th he says ("sarcastically") he can't wait to see what story he'll make up when Byuu's alleged suicide is missing from the overseas death report.

Now the death report is out and he says he can't wait to see what happens six months from now when Byuu will *actually* show up on the report.

He didn't just make up lies about an American committing suicide in Japan, he lied about the cops breaking major laws and violating privacy. He essentially accused Japanese police of being incompetent criminals.

You are assuming American law. You need to go by japanese law, where simply spreading false rumors aimed at harming someone else's business is a felony.

I don't know how civil jurisdiction in Japan works, but I'm pretty sure Null would have to claim in whatever jurisdiction the damages occurred (United States, where his LLC is based). He should absolutely file a criminal complaint though, although I doubt they give a fuck about gaijin business.
