Both the Trump 2016 and Biden 2020 memes were funny because their subjects were not in power. Chris-Chan's degeneracy while he is too weak and pathetic to do anything about it, but then you learn that his senile mother is under his "care" and his degeneracy goes from wacky to whack. You enjoy the darndest things that your nephew says, but those exact words coming from a police officer who has you pulled over could be the start of a horror film.
So the exact same Trump memes were funny in 2016 but not funny in 2020. Maybe Biden memes will be a little more fun in 2024 than Trump memes were in 2020 since the Biden memes are generally about more innocuous stuff like sunglasses and ice cream and him just generally not being that cool, but maybe not.

I honestly don't remember any good ones except the 2020 Joe-Pedo one. Most of them were unintentionally funny like the taco bowl or "pokemon go to the polls" or CNN getting so mad over a pro-trump reddit meme they doxed the kid who made it.
