People on the farms tend to use the name and pronouns that come more readily to them, it's not necessarily a mark of respect, a sign that you think that person's valid or a belief that they pass.
Kevin is consistently called Kevin in this thread, doesn't even attempt to look like a woman and is basically unknown outside of the farms while e.g. Contrapoints tends to get she/her'd a lot more (except by the hilarious NykIsNotTrans). Given the news cycle's been stressing "Chelsea Manning" for most of a decade I can get why someone would instinctively go she/her, especially if you move in the normie circles where misgendering is a no-no and it's become a force of habit.
