Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

the problem with high profile lawsuits is that it's a balancing act between requesting as much relevant information as possible and not looking like an absolute scumbag to the public. Yes, it makes sense to subpoena academic history of children to reduce damages, but to John Q. Public it looks scummy as hell, and Jphn Q. Publics perception may seriously impact sales and revenues. Obviously, they ran the estimates and decided to risk the publicity backlash, I just don't know if it was worth it to request the academic records of prepubescent children.

Plan B is only about as effective as the coof vax(78-80% iirc). It's not an abortion pill(if RU46 is even still around), it's a high dose birth control pill designed to keep the ovaries from dropping an egg during the 3 day period post coital that swimmers can still be loitering around in the plumbing. If an egg drops before she takes it, it has little to no effect(I think there is a chance though not reliable it can irritate the ureteral lining enough to prevent implantation, but that's not the method of effect of Plan B.)

It's not a contraceptive, it's an emergency contraceptive. It's literally called Plan B so dumb holes don't think of it as Plan A(their primary method of contraception), it's for the condom breaking, or you got culturally diversified, etc.

According to CDC's website, male condoms have a 13% Failure rate compared to birth control pills which have a 7% failure rate. Combine the two and you got a good chance of getting struck by lightning rather than pregnancy. My point is, contraceptive is contraceptive, there is no "emergency contraceptive". Wish Joeseph Biden Sr. knew this as well.

Newsom's reframing as a Republican recall seems to be working. Him contacting the WH in a panicked tone is weird, however.

I don't think anyone unironically believed he'd be removed. The only thing that'll get Newsom out is a bullet, his influence is far reaching and he has his prick in everything within California. Right down to the strange ballot envelopes, harvesters, and black listing of opposing candidates by certain companies local to California. However, what's more scary is this style of Dictatorship spreading across all of the nation.

Since you'll accept the CDC as source, here is their page on EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVES. From what I recall, one of the two dose ECPs is "Plan B."

Plan B is just one of the birth control pills pharmacologically, in fact if you have birth control pills that you haven't been taking regularly to have an effective protection from, there is a schedule you can take(iirc it's two pills at once, twice twelve hours apart, of the normal daily pill) to use as an emergency contraceptive.

I don't know what sped train you're on about, all I'm talking about is Plan B. Plan B is not reliable contraception, it's not an alternative to abortion (there is an abortion pill RU-486), it is an emergency contraceptive. It is a treatment schedule for after a unprotected sexual encounter, or in case of a failure of another form of protection, but not a substitute for the daily treatment schedule of the same hormones that is one of the birth control pills.
