Save it. The less he knows how much you know the better, plus the funnier it will be for us when we get through the actual events of the 30th, then read your stuff about what he actually intended to do and what he thought was actually going to happen.

1. Evidence That Is Anything But
Leonard, ever since his youth, has been completely butt-nuked over being made fun of. Especially when it comes to his intelligence. Nothing makes him more angry when you call him any combination of "dumb", "stupid" or "retarded." (Think of the word "naive" when Chris hears it.) That being said, when he thinks he knows something you don't, he'll smugly hold it over your head to make you feel basically the way he feels every waking moment of his life. His "BREAK THROUGHS!" are nothing more than a "Maaaaaaajor Update!" that include publicly known screen-names at best and shitty shoops at worst. Right now, he's probably shaking with anger and shitting his pants over Facebook chatlogs, specifically because he's literally too stupid to figure out who's trolling him. He also has ZERO IRL friends and will add pretty much anyone to his gazillion socks, especially if they have a 5/10 girl or above as their profile pic.

2. "How Do You Do, Fellow Kids?"
Having all the social interaction skills of a Dungeness Crab that's been poked with a piece of driftwood, Leonard gets angry as shit when he actually needs to "sell" unsuspecting people on the legitimacy of his sockpuppets. He won't use Internet memes or lingo because his brain lacks the reflexiveness required to understand or tell complex jokes in words or pictures. With every sock he makes, the persona will run the gamut of someone middle-aged and in a position of authority. Right about here is where Lennay fucks up, because he begins to ask questions that have obvious answers, thinks puns are the height of true comedy and will make numerous spelling errors that become all the more frequent when the thoughts in his head start ramming into each other like a drunken demolition derby.

That being said:

You see the phrase "Mr Shaner", Len has consistently shown he can't refer to himself any other way than "formal", even when he's sock puppeting someone who should have a much more breezy and casual way to address him. In his autistic mind, if he doesn't SPECIFICALLY say "LEONARD F SHANER JR", we'll all think it's a DIFFERENT foamy trainsperg named "Len" who's being plotted against and we'll exonerate the wrong man......

5. Believes two people are the same "sock" if they post less than 5 minutes apart on a message board.

6. Believes vague threats of legal action (for things that aren't really illegal) from authorities unlikely to care/have jurisdiction even if they were (FBI, PSP) are scary to the average Joe.

So basically the same old same old?

I've noticed that he is getting quite smug so whoever is feeding him information is giving him stuff that he believes will elevate himself and exonerate him, possibly in court. I don't know what is with all of these references about baseball but it has something to do with his generation or he has as much of a fetish with that sport like he does with his trains.

If Gook Choy is right, then I think Len will be so stupid that he will still think of them as friends after the trial.

Let's say the workers are brought to the stand for questioning.
"Yes, Mr. Prosecutor, Len was banned from there."
"Yes, Mr. Prosecutor, Len was there."
"Yes, Len , I hereby let Mr. Prosecutor know you are a focus of the site called Kiwi Farms."

Len is going to think the last statement is the most important one and that it will free him, so they will still be considered friends to him from having said it, even though anyone sane will know only the first two are relevant.

If I had to guess, I think someone on his legal team made a baseball metaphor, and to Len, if the "pros" say it, all you have to do is say it too and you'll be instantly feared/respected, so now he's peppering EVERYTHING with inappropriate sports cliches.
