This wonderful example of Shaner happened to a signal maintainer on Norfolk Southern and comes to me from a Dispatcher who works in the area.

NS was in the process of removing the older signal system in favor or the new "PTC compliant" signals. The signals had been up since Pennsylvania railroad days and were rail fan favorites.


The crews were in the process of packing up for the day when everyone's favorite fatass made his appearance.

He asked if he could take a few photos of the signals that were laying on the ground. They said yes if he could make it quick. Len waddles off and the crews continue to pack up.

They got ready to leave and decided to tell Len it was time to go.

They found Len trying to remove a Signal head from the mast (Pole it was mounted on) and that he had already put several mile marker plates in the bed of his truck.

When confronted he claimed to be "A director from the RR museum of PA" .
This didn't fly of course and they treated to call the police.

Len bolted, but managed to take several plates with him.


Anyways, Sorry it took so long to post another one. Most of the stories I hear about Len are usually the same sort of behavior and don't warrant repeating.

Considering they were going to junk that stuff, it seems reasonable they wouldn't pursue legal means over Lenny hoarding trash. On the other hand, his brazen attitude towards just taking shit that isn't his is incredibly irritating. Had he asked, they probably would've let him keep it. In his eyes, he's not stealing it. He's liberating raw materials from the hands of the Chinese and their Japanese cars.

It's more to the point that Lenny hates what he can't have. Can't have an Asian fucktoy; hates all Asians. Can't work at the Colebrookdale; everyone at Colebrookdale are incompetent shitfucks. Can't hold down a job; all employers are evil bigots. Can't hang at the Kiwi Farms; we're a hate group.

Simple minds demand simple answers and Lenny is about as simple as it gets.

I figured Len would be salivating at the thought of getting his grubby mitts on those old signals when the new ones started going up. If he had just made some phone calls like a normal person, he probably could have bought one of them for scrap value and hooked it up in his garage like a normal railfan would.... (I wish I'd thought of it, I'll miss the ol' PRR positionals, I've had to retrain myself how to "read" the new aspects in the meantime) but no, Len tries to up and run off with it under false pretenses no less.

One of these days, a section gang is going to beat him unconscious and throw his body in the next hopper they find, figuring wherever he ends up, he won't be THEIR problem anymore.

Ever since Shaner created his 1-man Ball Team he has started sperging more than usual. But yeah, with his trial coming up without Hy defending him Shaner is once again shitting in his diapers in fear rather than pleasure, and scrambling for information that never existed in the first place. And in case anyone forgot, Thomas T. Johnson is the FBI/CIA sockpuppet that Shaner was using here before when he was posting as The_Knight_Rider. I think Shaner in his stupidity forgot how e-mail works.

By the way, Shaner just googles peoples names and the city where they live and his success rate at doing this is literally 0%. More than likely Shaner found a ssn that belonged to a dead person because once someone dies their ssn number becomes public knowledge and accessible on internet databases.

But on a more important note, who will win this epic battle? Shaner's Ball Team or The Pufferton Ring?

Hy has dropped Shaner as a client and won't represent him at the upcoming hearing?

Did I somehow skip a couple of pages?

I think that's more speculation than anything else. I don't remember who said it and I don't know that we had any confirmation, but rumor is that Hy originally took the case because he thought we were a website dedicated to harassing autistic people and he has a grandson with autism. Once he found out that Len was exaggerating things, at least, he backed off, and some people are speculating that he won't defend Len anymore. I'm not convinced that's the case - it strikes me as more likely that Hy will stay on, but severely step down the vigor with which he'll defend Len, if it is true.

He isn't named on the docket as counsel of record, but he wasn't listed last time until about the day before the hearing.

I'm also not convinced Hy is gone.
