At one point they will have to deal with the fact that matter how much "woke" Disney shoves into their movies, the marvel capeshit flicks are still on a league of their own in terms of production, distribution and advertisement, as in right now they are too big to fail, and I don't think they will stop making bank anytime soon. The multiverse convoluted bullshit might turn some people away, but considering that the MCU right now consists of 4-5 movies a year plus some series, instead of the wallop of dozen of floopies and events a month when the Marvel comics became a brickwall, maybe the public in general will be able to take it.
Plus, I think there is a good chance that Iron Heart and Miss Marvel get to be hits, considering they will be written by actual writers and not whatever the fuck Bendis became after 2010, and the marvel brand looks to be strong as ever, and no amount of Critical Drinkers will change that.
If that happens, Roberts smugness will shoot throught the sky, so heads up.
