He takes Kat to a place that specifically reminds him of his mom. And the plan for the rest isn't to do something special, it's to broadly just go spend money. That pretty much sums it all up.

It was busy though, and even though they're both 'double vaccinated', they didn't want to risk it. So they went to Burger King. So that they could get to their shopping.
But people were doing heroin in front. Like it's a fucking Wal-Mart or something.

REMINDER: Fill and his mom, from when he was in high school through college, would spend their Tuesdays going to the mall, eating out, and window shopping.

As an adult DSP now spends his Tuesdays (Now it changes weekly thanks to Kat's evil employers, not allowing it to be a 1:1 for Mommy's Special Day) taking Kat around to the mall, eating out, and window shopping.
