Should you tell your potential/current employer if you're on the spectrum?

Specifically this is pertaining to someone who you wouldn't immediately clock as a sperg, and being a diet sperg hasn't largely effected their life outside minor social faux pas now and then. Should you bother letting them know you're on the spectrum on the off chance you might qualify for some sort of benefit or extra resource, or do you just shut up and get on with it and not risk being treated differently or as a potential liability?

I always inform new people that I'm a spectrum series sigma male that's running on 130+iq organic processors / 200lbs of pure big boned muscle fiber and they understand

Unless it's something that is liable to make you, say, spontaneously lose consciousness in the middle of work and possibly injure yourself, my personal advice is not to give any of your medical history to your employer.

No. Unless you are applying to a factory job or something that requires repetitive motions or tasks. Just say I am a good worker and like doing repetitive tasks I'm weird like that.

Also, anything on your employee record can and will be used against you in the event of a disciplinary hearing. Not that all human resource managers are cunts, of course. But I've worked in HR, and I was most definitely that cunt you didn't want to get pulled aside by. Shit, I've fired people for much lesser reasons, such as not liking their haircut or simply because they existed. My advice? Low profile, don't bring attention to yourself. Just shut up and get on with your job.
