Specifically this is pertaining to someone who you wouldn't immediately clock as a sperg, and being a diet sperg hasn't largely effected their life outside minor social faux pas now and then. Should you bother letting them know you're on the spectrum on the off chance you might qualify for some sort of benefit or extra resource, or do you just shut up and get on with it and not risk being treated differently or as a potential liability?
