Black people riffing is some of the funniest shit ever. You know this hurt Russ a lot since he fucking hates "chocolate people" because they earn more victim points.

It would seem he blocked the girl right after he posted his comment, so it's doubtful he saw any of it.

Remember that exhibit he attached to his KF lawsuit a few filings ago that was a message basically saying "My people are coming for you"? He tried to made it seem like "my people" were KF users but I'll bet it was someone who saw this and "my people" was referring to black people.

I just noticed something.

The very first line of Russ's latest is:

I went back and read the previous Null filing, and there's no mention of that at all. The closest Skordas comes is saying:

Skordas then goes on to make a case for Russ's byuu sperging being in bad faith and of dilatory motive.

So of the several reasons Skordas points out that an amendment could be denied, Russ fixates on the first of the list -- not any of the points Skordas actually makes.

I know Russ is retarded, but this is a new level. I know that civilians get in all kinds of trouble when they try to do lawyer stuff without the background to grasp the finer points, but I think even a normie off the street with an average IQ would at least know they should address the arguments their opponent is actually making. Like, did Russ even read the rest of that sentence (let alone the rest of the filing)? I've had the feeling before he just kinda skims these things, and this would seem to support that notion.

Or is it maybe that he wants Skordas to have claimed Russ was attempting to delay the process, because that's something Russ can easily argue against (as opposed to the much more difficult and braincell-intense arguments against it being in bad faith or dilatory). We know he seems to think that saying, "Nah, I really mean it and I think I have a case" instantly makes his arguments good faith, so I can see him just ignoring Skordas's reasoning as to why this ought to be considered bad faith. And he seems to think that pointing out that Josh is a bad person makes the judge more likely to ignore actual law and decide Josh needs to be punished anyway, so there's no reason to address why byuu's alleged suicide or randos bitching on change.org is even relevant.

Verily, the depths of stupidity are matched only by the heights of narcissism in Russland.

My sides, he is still going on about how Skordas shouldn't pick his clients.

He's an attorney, they will represent anyone who pays them. Even hypothetical serial killing, child molesters who deal stolen drugs to animals get attorneys Russell. It's typically because the U.S constitution says everyone deserves a fair trial so yes even horrible meanies like Jersh get lawyers to take their cases.

Could you perhaps be using this as a poor excuse to try cover your ass because Skordas is a lawyer familiar with your bullshit and can reference the trials in which YOU sued in bad faith? This is called "consequences of your actions"

I don’t think Russ actually reads any of the documents that he didn’t write. He probably skims them and immediately moves on when he reads something that hits too close to home. He is so fragile he likely reads any counter argument as a personal attack and immediately moves on. He remembers the slight but by being ignorant of the details and supporting arguments he can remember it as the least hurtful thing: a baseless ad hominem attack from someone who irrationally wants to hurt him.

Absolutely. Like how he claimed Skordas "berated" him by saying he "wasn't even disabled". It's nowhere near what Skordas said and it certainly wasn't "berating" him. Russ has also outright said he tunes out people (such as judges) when they say things he doesn't want to hear. It's just white noise unless it's singing his praises and/or agreeing with him.

The only reason anyone would ever deny Russ anything at all is because he's disabled. And that's a reflection on the person denying him, not on Russ himself. This is the world he has created for himself. And the beauty of it is that he never has to change because he's already perfect.

Russ does not understand what a conflict of interest is:
Or that lawyers routinely represent absolutely reprehensible people who have done things that make laughing at retards on a website look like the nothing it is. Killers, people who rape their moms, even serial sex pests like Russell Godfrey Greer.

And why wouldn't you get the best possible lawyer you can afford, that's become a specialist in dealing with a specific problem that even fabulously wealthy people use for that purpose?

Apparently, getting Skordas removed from this case has become his new fixation. When that fails, I bet Russ sues Skordas directly for..something.

Imagine having even a strip mall paralegal degree and being too dumb to understand what "or" means.
These latest unhinged screeds masquerading as legal documents just confirm in my mind he didn't pass any of his classes and they just gave him a degree to get rid of him and make him someone else's problem. Of course, Russ is too much of a clueless idiot to realize why they passed him, so he thinks he's some sort of legal genius. I suspect he got fired within days of being hired at that debt collection firm because he was incompetent and it was painfully obvious from the start that he had no idea what he was doing. Then he made up a story about them being afraid he'd use company resources to track down people he was suing. Or maybe it was both. But he can't cover up the fact he has no idea how the law works.

Psych-sperging ahead:
I agree. But I think he only consciously acknowledges his perfect self image, while at some buried level he must be aware he's lying and re-writing history and is a hateful angry person.

Perhaps we're seeing some projection of his own inner workings, combined with his obviously undeveloped Theory of Mind.
He says Skordas has it in for him. Clearly Skordas is just a professional who took a paying job, no doubt he has a laugh at Russ and finds him as distasteful as anyone who encounters him but ultimately doesn't spare him undue thought or harbour some festering grudge against him.
Yet Russ, being a goblin tard, can only conceive of people thinking like him. He collects festering grudges. He can't stand people not thinking well of him. He hates Skordas. Ergo Skordas must hate him, because if he knew how Russel F*******king Greer hates him, he'd feel the same kind of narc rage Russ does.

In a similar way he maybe reveals similar thinking when he says Skordas is accusing him of trying to cause delay in filing his motion. That never happened but if that's what Russ is actually trying to do he projects what's inside his toxic mind onto his reading of other people.

Russ, acting in bad faith, projects this understanding onto others and sees them as a threat, because he knows what's inside his own mind, and he'd certainly hate someone like that. So skipping over the reality, part of him thinks people must have contempt for him, because he's contemptible.

Like when a kid volunteers, apropos of nothing, that they've been well behaved and didn't spill juice on the carpet- you know you need to go check the carpet. When Russ cries bigotry, it means he's trying to get away with more than he's entitled to and he knows it.

I know this is unlikely, but I would KILL for Russ and Skordas to be in the same courtroom together again, especially after the legal beatdown Russ endured in front of Skordas when he was late.
This would probably end like the last time, with Russ being humiliated in the courtroom and standing in the corner like a beaten dog while Scordas parades through the corridor like a real alpha male.
Wouldn't mind seeing it.

Apparently, getting Skordas removed from this case has become his new fixation. When that fails, I bet Russ sues Skordas directly for..something.
