It's worth noting, the design isn't his. He just made the model. They also, based on what I've seen, selected the poses themselves. Also, assuming he's like most people doing commissions, he likely checked in with them at multiple points throughout the process. So the latex is likely intentional. That leaves the fact that I can see some model stretch on that thing and the texture work is poor. I believe he also provides the file for the model itself to those paying for these (that's the real valuable thing from a 3D commission, as you could rig that into, for example, VR chat if you want) so if someone could acquire it we could assess the quality first hand for how we made it is on a technical level, and if it's even usable for the average person.Oh my gosh this looks so bad. When I first saw this, I thought it was a really old design Sam had made during his Bionicle era of animation and then I realized that this was recent and I just... it's not good at all. What I think the problem is the quality just tanks, compared to Sam's own character designs- the commissions look fake and rushed. The fact that people willingly pay him 300$ for this and then are actually satisfied the finished product will forever confuse me. Again, the skin looks like latex but idk if that's intentional or not and of course they just had to add those painful looking sexual poses. He literally puts almost no effort into his commissions and you can tell the difference from the quality, or maybe he doesn't have time to actually put in effort because he's juggling so many jobs at once. It's like he's on a time crunch with everything he does, I guess doing things consistently is just difficult for him.
