(https://archive.is/9vjX7) Quoting the article, looks like some of the more egregious powers are going - "Johnson will reveal that the government is repealing some of the most draconian coronavirus legislation. Ministers will keep the right to force schools to stay open and make firms pay statutory sick pay, but powers to close down sectors of the economy will end," and "The ability to detain those who are infectious will also be scrapped." No sigh of relief that this is all over yet. Bojo loves a U turn, but glad they're scrapped for now.Sound like the UK has given up the idea of passports, which seems like a really big domino to fall.
Edit because I forgot we're a union- what about Scotland now? They're still going ahead with passes.
