Meanwhile, Tommy is way too fucking old to be useful to the tranch in any category, sexual to labor to money (Penny and Bonnie are landlords, not a charity like they love to think).

I'm not a medical professional and I've never set foot inside of a psychology class so take it with however much salt you please but I think we're seeing what I've taken to calling "Twitter Psychosis". Woke twitter's just a constant stream of affirmation as long as you hit the right pieties. You get someone with Schizoaffective disorder, Schizotypal... Anything in that grouping of disorders and send them screaming down a rabbit-hole of genderspecials, furries and plurals who think they're living in the fourth reich and it winds up bolting delusions on top of disorders.
