Har har.
Hey Folks. I normally don't post, but I thought I'd share with you guys a comic I did for the wallpaper contest that is to replace the sonichu comics on this website. It also features Lucas Werner. Enjoy.

Excellent! The current lack of Greer content in the wallpaper is a travesty.
Oh god. Okay, a few observations.

Russell asserts that Kiwi Farms/Kiwi Farms users/Null:

1. Make offensive comments online
2. Harass people online
3. Have had their misdeeds documented by news publications
4. Have been "connected" to people committing suicide

I can't help but notice that these claims all apply to Russell.

Russell's constant use of emotional language is just ridiculous. For instance: "For Defendants' counsel to continually downplay the suicides is completely insulting (etc.)" As if the judge is supposed to say, "Mr. Skordas! I find you guilty of being completely insulting! Report to jail immediately!"

Here's a run-on sentence worthy of Joyce: "Opposing counsel disparages Plaintiff by calling him a 'serial litigant', when he has only filed four lawsuits, including the current case, and those cases were filed in good faith (such as paying to meet a celebrity and losing 1,000 dollars and being discriminated against and so alleging he was denied his civil rights), but Skordas has no problem representing a serial tormenter, whose site is universally hated and has ruined Greer's reputation, and that is why Plaintiff has felt harassed by the Skordas representation because any lawyer would have declined representations or would have asked for a lot of money (money over morality), which Moon supposedly has no assets, which is being revealed to be less and less true, which is why Plaintiff can't find a lawyer to represent him because they all assume Moon has no assets and they want a lot of money for representation."

I swear to god, the shit Russell does sounds like something you'd see on Arrested Development, but even then it might be too far fetched.

Skordas was literally right there when his Arianna case was thrown out for multiple reasons, one being being filed in bad faith.
There is audio from the trial on Youtube that can be played right now where the judge tells Russell his case was filed in bad faith.

Russ is lying directly in front of the man who was the opposing counsel . It's both confidence and stupidity in one.

E: i take that back, no team of any kind would have russ.

I do love the idea though, that Russ essentially thinks he and Skordas have “basically” the same job.
As we all know, but it bears repeating because it's fun to remember, that's why he waited to shake Skordas's hand outside of the courtroom. I'll never get tired of remembering how Skordas (and his assistant, if that's who that woman is) breezed past him like Russ was simply beneath his notice. Which, of course, he is.

He just saw there's a rule, it involves "conflict of interest," so he treats these as magic words such that he just has to chant them like a spell and the court has to do what he says.
I believe Russ likes to think he's found that big, dramatic "Aha!" moment, such as when Jack McCoy uses his razor-sharp skills to apply a law in an unconventional--but perfectly legal--way. Using the literal meaning of the words 'conflict' and 'interest', Russ infers that interest=x and conflict=y, and then lists all the reasons why it follows that there is a 'conflict of interest' in his case. He expects the judge to think "Well, you know, technically, he has a point" and rule in his favor.

(Ooops...ninjaed by @Rustled Jimmies)
"And those cases were filed in good faith" proceeds to explain why they weren't filed in good faith.
Didn't the judge in the Ariana Grande case specifically rule that Russ's case was not in good faith?
Yep! From the transcript/recording:
52:22 Judge: . . . under Utah law, I have to make a determination that this was brought in bad faith.

Edit
. . . saying you've filed in good faith doesn't mean you filed in good faith.
But he thought he did. That's why nobody can get through to his tiny little brain. He will cling to the fact that he thought he did until you pry it from his cold, misshapen hands, and if the judge would just let him explain the judge would see that he meant to file in good faith and therefore give him a pass. Nobody will ever make Russell understand that in a court of law "meant to" means squat. You either did or you didn't. Sometimes I wonder what color the sky is in his world.

When was the last time he posted on Facebook? Just want to confirm he's actually been permabanned, since I can't believe he'd stop posting on his own volition.
June 22nd.

His last post is the one about trying to pawn his brothel coin and Hof book.

B-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-but Russel wrote that it was in good faith, so that means it is! This is discrimination against the disabled!

Russ, just because you call a tail a leg doesn't mean a dog suddenly has five legs- similar to how saying you've filed in good faith doesn't mean you filed in good faith.

For some reason this fuckind idea of a brothel token has me cracking up. When I was a kid, the dentist gave you wooden coins for like brushing and flossing properly, and when you collected 12 of them or something, you could trade them in and get a Transformer or some shit, you could pick something out from the prize closet. Im imagining Dennis Hof giving him this and him thinking its that big of a deal, like a six year old.

"your honor, im a vexatious litigant, i have a history of wasting people's time and money"
That's at least two cases where his history of bad faith is documented in official court filings/proceedings, one of which he wrote himself.

:story:
It kills me that he's arguing against a point Skordas didn't even make and owning himself this hard in the process.

Imagine lying about never filing filing a lawsuit in bad faith in front of a guy who was literally in the same room as you when your previous lawsuit was ruled to be in bad faith.

Being a paralegal is almost as good as the real thing, and other than his face, Russ is a 9/10. So unless you're a bigot who hates the disabled, you're going to ignore his hideous face, so he's basically a 9/10 lawyer.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was really his thought process.
The main job of a paralegal is to do court filings and legal research, and he can hardly do that. There are probably people with Down's Syndrome that a paralegals that are 10x more competent at their job than Russ is on his best day.

"I got a wooden nickel I'm going to try to pass off as a rare coin to people who've been in the pawning business longer than I've been alive 😎"

The 😎 emoji makes my blood boil now because of Russ.

He admitted to bad faithfilings in his previous cases, in his filings for this case. Of course I don't think he realizes that's what he did.

Not to mention him trying to explain that he wasn't really guilty in the Erica case where, you know, he pled guilty.

I know pretty much everything has been said about Russhole's latest filing, but, as a layperson, I am dumbfounded by what this gibbering idiot is actually putting in writing and submitting to the court as though it were a legitimate, intelligent argument.

I know nothing of law, but I have seen plenty of stupid, and this is STOOPID. I don't understand why it cannot be summarily wadded into a ball and tossed in the trash by the judge. It amounts to a petulant child whining and making horrible accusations IN WRITING that he absolutely cannot substantiate.
Seriously, reading through Russell's filings has made me respect Skordas so much more.
What was this, his fourth, maybe fifth filing on this case? Every single one of them somehow manages to get more deranged, desperate and whinier than the last. By now it's just six pages of a madman's rambling, throwing around words and accusations he clearly doesn't understand while insisting he's a better person than Nool and Skordas and deserves to win because of it, and it's not going to get any better. Russ has absolutely no evidence, and clearly doesn't understand what even qualifies as evidence. He doesn't even remember this was supposed to be about his copyright.

I can only imagine how much self-control it takes to resist the urge to just file a legal document outright calling him a retard and telling him to shut the fuck up. I definitely wouldn't have lasted this long.

I took Evidence from an adjunct who was a trial court judge. He didn't pass around bad motions, but he did tell stories about weird situations.

The problem with Russ is that his stuff is so wrong that you can't even teach from it.
I dunno, there’s a pretty good object lesson to be found on the merits of forced sterilization.

You know, according to Russ's classmate, that so-called school didn't teach them a lot of stuff they needed to know. They were accredited, but the process must not have been very rigorous if Russ is any indication. If he wanted to sue someone, he could have sued them for educational malpractice.
Not to mention him trying to explain that he wasn't really guilty in the Erica case where, you know, he pled guilty.
Don't forget he wrote a letter to the prosecutor detailing his crime while insisting he was innocent. That makes his claim of "I didn't do anything!" even more hilarious.
I dunno, there’s a pretty good object lesson to be found on the merits of forced sterilization.
If Russ managed to reproduce, I'm pretty sure that would open the gates of hell and usher in the apocalypse.

I mean are paralegals not like glorified secretaries anyway? It’s like something you go to community college for. Regardless of where he went to school, he wasn’t trained to be a lawyer as much as he likes to fantasize that his paid certificate means he’s like lawyer-adjacent.
According to his classmate, they were told the paralegal program was like two years of law school. She quickly figured out that was bullshit, but Russ apparently took it as gospel, and that's why he thinks he's "basically a lawyer."
