The Streisand effect isn't real. If KF gets killed by feds over this you can bet there's not going to be academics, the media, police, or other agencies spreading information about it. The extent that the effect exists is only when a site exists to keep track of jewry and censorship and an easy way to share information. People are lazy. When youtube censors something, the vast majority of people don't rush to odysee or bitchute or something to get more information, they just keep using youtube, because they are lazy and ultimately don't care.
Yeah, about that...

If you type "Chris-chan Bella" into Youtube search, it becomes abundantly clear the bitch has "transcended" this site. She ain't some obscure troll known only to the "Kiwi elite."

I don't know why the fuck this law firm is even bothering with this letter, except for the fact that Null is probably easier to contact than Youtube and individual Youtubers. It's like trying to bail out the Titanic with a teaspoon at this point.

It was 100% some poor paralegals job thats not getting paid enough to read though all of this.
Said paralegal also isn't extended the health insurance benefits to cover the needed therapy. I pity them.

I vote NO.
Janke's objective was to ultimately make Chris commit suicide. Also, if this is bringing awareness to the fact that she's also an insane animal abuser who killed pets for pleasure, I say that as many people as possible need to know the kind of sick individual they're dealing with.

Like Chris, she needs to learn that actions have consequences.

Too little too late. She should look on the bright side though, so long as this forum is up and public she'll always be able to know when her (terrible) OpSec fails, or when some information related to her goes public. Much better than having people talk about her in private, having to be paranoid about them finding anything else incriminating or getting into contact with authorities/people she knows.

The fact that her past actions clearly lead to what's going on in the present, and more than likely what she'll do in the future...yes, yes she should continue to be punished for her past. She didn't accidentally use a slur one time or say some shit to piss people off. She's fucked with people and animals, in the worst ways over and over. That is a pattern of behavior. Not something she can put behind her and move forward.

In a way she got everything she wanted. For what it’s worse I think she’s managed to effect and hurt Chris in a way that no other troll ever could. Or rather perhaps just in a way no other troll had ever attempted. Regardless, due to her actions it is unlikely that Chris’ life will ever be the same. Meanwhile she reaps all that attention she so desperately wanted.

On the bright side, Bluespike has finally been relieved of his title as most hated troll. So there’s that.

I would have wanted to chime in to express a contrary opinion.

The letter from the law firm is actually in good form. It acknowledges that this stuff is embarrassing, hard to overcome, not likely to be the basis for a successful lawsuit, and they ask if some kind of compromise can be reached. It’s almost ideal except the list of URLs is kind of puzzling.

Of course, it’s a reach given the particularly noxious circumstances surrounding ILJ. However, I would like for other, less offensive lolcows to know that, if you want to make a request and have a fair shot at being accommodated, it ought to look like this.

It also helps if everyone on the internet doesn’t think you’re a certified psychopath.

I'm curious if these votes have ever resulted in deleting
Removals tend to happen with one or a combination of the following factors:

1: thread sucks and it's clearly one guy with a hate boner for the person in question

2: person asking for deletion is ancillary to the main lolcow and is dragged in because they're in photos with the lolcow or somehow tangentially related and doesn't want to be

3: thread has been inactive for a long period of time

4: Cow went radio silent and made an active effort to improve their lives.
