Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
To celebrate the anniversary of Pat's first twitter banning (Norm/11), someone on the other forums released a phone interview that Pat did with a TOTALLY REAL HuffPo reporter. To everyone that has been following along with the thread and have seen how much Pat threatens and belittles people, you are about to meet victim Pat at his most deranged.

I'm only about 25mins in, but every second so far has been gold. I'll update as I listen.
- Pat states that his cyber-stalkers have said that he cheats on his wife, threatened his child (never happened), and that they obsessively scour the internet so they can 'harvest their next victim'.
- Pat mentions the fake vandalism and emails from his idiotic lawsuit, leaves out all his threats and bad behavior on twitter, and calls everyone who makes fun of him on the internet a sociopath. Lists the book reviews and alleged targeting of other SFWA members as 'deranged behavior.'
- Brings up the swatting that never happened, says that everyone who talks about him on the internet has a 'clinical obsession with him.'
- Pat bashes law enforcement at every level, although also states that they are essentially powerless to go after people on forums who are behind vpns. FBI apparently told Pat that they'd investigate his stalkers if they stole over $250k, or if someone gets killed.
- On his detractors - "Everything they want is death, for me to kill myself. It's their ultimate fantasy."
- Brings up the Farms, calls us a "community of cyber-terrorists", "keeps a kill count", and of course he brings up the Byuu/near nonsense.
- Admits his lawyers told him that his lawsuit would be 'an uphill battle'. Says the stalkers harass his lawyers, order fake food orders to their houses and other nonsense allegations that never happened.
- Pat is closing in on $100k in legal expenses, stresses that this amount is a remark that he would definitely like to be 'off the record'. Pat also admits that there is a real possibility that 'if the judges can't pull their heads out of their asses', he'll owe $17K to Quasi (admin of OnA forums). "I'm going to have to pay him (Quasi) for the privilege of running a website with the aim of me killing myself."
- Fair amount of trashing of Judge Stein, the CA judge. "He doesn't know dick about the internet, doesn't know anything." Not sure if this is a good legal move.
- If unsuccessful in his lawsuit, Pat states that he would want to appeal, but the money side of it might discourage him from doing so.
- Says every one of his detractors are men aged 25-45, all white, all white supremacists, love power and "are trying to get back at me for taking away their reddit."
- Tinfoil theory raised by Pat - "definitely possible the legal defense (of Quasi) is being bankrolled by somebody", lists 'alt-right organizations' as potential bank-rollers. However, says he has no evidence for this.
- Pat says that the Biden Justice Department promised to come down harder on cyber-stalking and cyber-terrorists, but they're busy with the Trump insurrectionists. "I'm hoping they'll do something."
- Pat is asked if he could go back in time 3 years would he do anything differently. Pat's answer: "I would not do anything differently, wouldn't change one tweet."
- Pat finished with a plea for the 'reporter' to keep the financial figures from the lawsuit under-wraps. 'Reporter' gives his word that nothing will be released.
- @Null gets a mention when Pat asks 'reporter' how the focus on his story started. 'Reporter' says it was the Byuu "suicide" that got the HuffPo looking into Pat's story.
- Pat thanks the 'reporter' and hangs up, 'reporter' calls Pat a rude name.

And that's the end of it. It's 54 minutes long so I left a lot out of my summary. If you're someone who is following along with the thread or just the lawsuit, this is definitely worth a listen IMO. KiwiFarms bashing starts at 28:30, Null mention is around 51:40.

EDIT: Should also add that the obvious part 1 in the title means that more may follow. The guy who posted the interview used a throwaway account that has not posted before, so not sure if this is an ongoing bit or not. For anyone who is confused, the reporter is fake (obv not from HuffPo), but the interview is real, that is definitely Pat that is being interviewed.
"I'm a straight white guy" Well that's the only truth about himself that he's told. And even then, that's highly questionable.
So what's the over/under on the real reason why Fat doesn't want the amount he's spent on the lawsuit getting out being that he hasn't yet told his wife how much he's really spending?
PPP loan fraud hanging over his head most likely. He's gained at least 150k from PPP loans only to spend it all on this law suit, and his toys. All which can now be proven through this vid, and his twitter posts about him buying so much shit. Feds and IRS would have a field day with him if they were told about it.

I'm probably wrong, but I get the sneaking suspicion that the name "Josiah Munoz" was not made up entirely at random.

If you are right about this, and I suspect you are, then Pat is far more retarded than I ever thought possible. He actually sued KIwiFarms and knows Null's real name, and the name Joshua Moon was actually mentioned during the interview, and Pat still didn't connect the dots.

Nearly a day later and I'm still baffled at how Pat left himself open to this. I've seen screenshots of trolls pretending to be reporters and trying to interview Pat before, but Pat has always sided with his paranoia and asked for a link to their writing portfolio as well as their work email address so he could identify if they are legitimate.

One of the most telling stories Pat ever told about his upbringing was that his mother always told him "Don't let the idiots win." Pat said his mother pinned this statement on the fridge and it became the family motto - which certainly explains his inability to pick his battles. Pat's mother was a school psychologist who raised her son to believe that he was special, she was likely trained in the whole 'positive psychology' fad, and has a lot to answer for regarding Pat's internet footprint.
I can't stand idiots either and I'm more than happy to put them in their place but I don't think I'm as hated as he is. Sure had a few people target me, but I can count those on both hands. This guy upsets thousands on a daily bases just because he exists. Rick is why you shouldn't pamper your children. They wont be able to survive in the real world. They'll put on an act to hide how insecure they really are and will lash out at others and themselves. Congrats Ricks mother, you fucked up when it comes to basic parenting. To think his mother tried to help other children. It's no wonder he goes to that bar he likes so much to the point you can see his motorcycle on Google images of the place.

I think Patty heard Huffington Post and went cross eyed. He wants this to be known out there as some sort of cultural/political war that he's fighting for the good of humanity. Instead of the truth that he's just a fat Wisconsin idiot that's let his ego get the better of him time and again.

And I'd love to know who he thinks his corporate and political enemies are that could be funding Quasi's legal defense. That was the most bizarre part of the interview and real glimpse into his fat demented mind. I wish Josiah Munoz had asked him who he suspects, as well as how the fuck is he paying for his own legal team? Quasi is being 'bank rolled' for $17k in legal fees but you just have $100k stored away for your rainy day lolsuit fund?

Well he is suing one person and trying to get the names of 60 others plus what's ever on Nulls end. He's had to put up a lot of money and if this continues he'll be put further into the red. Chances are he's had to take out a few loans to bankroll this as well as ask his wife to put out an equity on the duplex they live in. I doubt she'll like having a second mortgage to pay with how the economy is going. It wont surprise me if she has plans to leave him. Ricks been cucked by his friend and now will be cucked by random strangers on the internet.

"Don't let the idiots win."
First glance, sounds like one his obviously fake heart-warming tales crafted to get retweets from rubes, like the Zero pilot crying in his arms, but fuck if he doesn't live and breathe this one. The amount of money being just pissed away here is staggering.
Maybe Pat should pick the brains of a superior legal mind, Joseph Cumia, before inevitably refiling. He walked away from People's Court with cool gee in his pocket and actually has weekend visitations. Learn the idiot's tricks.

Ricks been cucked by his friend and now will be cucked by random strangers on the internet.
I thought it was pointless to pay any attention to him after learning he left his own kid in a different state raised by a different guy ten years ago, that it was the climax. But somehow he continues to get more fat and more self-destructive, like some fruity Greek play.

Imagine being this fat and stupid. Apparently this fat idiot just admitted dumping six figures into accomplishing absolutely nothing, not even getting into dispositive motions. Even Melinda and Greer the Queer have gotten further without even spending any money.

This man is a loser.

He figured this would be just like his Twitter case. Spend a little bit of cash and win.

Plus he was morally righteous. On Twitter and in the gay-ass media he consumes the morally righteous always come out on top, even if it looks like they won't. Unfortunately this is reality and Rick is about to get a rude awakening. I wonder how long he'll keep crusading even after going 100k into debt? Hopefully never.

Too bad that's never the case. Just look at the Crusades. Morally righteous people never win. Their ideology doesn't allow for it because even if they managed to do so they would move the goalposts to "continue the fight".

Hey, remember that 54 minute video released two days ago? The one where Pat was tricked into sitting down with a fake reporter and was stupid enough to divulge all his legal debt and bash the judge deciding his case? Well, that never happened.

He’s more mentally unstable than I had expected. He desperately portrays himself as some kind of all action whiskey drinking motorcycle riding tortured and brilliant writer. It couldn’t be further from the truth, he’s a vanity publishing morbidly obese faggot who lives in a shitty version of Bilbo Baggins half house.

He live tweets buying a fridge and a new phone like he’s a success, when most people buy them on a whim when they need them without any fanfare.

Put the phone down and stop using social media before you end up in a strait jacket or with diabetes you fat idiot.

The interview really is a goldmine. Every other sentence is relevant to patlore in one way or another. It goes without saying that the video only further highlights his delusion, narcissism and constant lying. I'm just going to add some of my observations to @Mr Moonface 's extensive summary to keep things a bit concise.
- Pat states that his cyber-stalkers have said that he cheats on his wife, threatened his child (never happened), and that they obsessively scour the internet so they can 'harvest their next victim'.
Oldest lie in the sci-fi book. Every 'target' of the O&A felony cyberobservers has been someone who's at least tangentially involved with members of that universe, Pig included. Rick is just part of a select circle of these people who couldn't tolerate the fact that somewhere, somehow, someone was goofing on them.
- Brings up the swatting that never happened, says that everyone who talks about him on the internet has a 'clinical obsession with him.'
It also shows that he has no idea what 'swatting' means, because the incident he describes involves two regular LEOs calmly knocking on his door to have a chat. Amusingly, he gloats about himself needlessly escalating the situation by antagonizing the cops for no reason. That part seems borne out of genuine emotional resentment for the police officers, which leads me to believe that at least some elements of the story are true in some way. He might be drawing from a prior experience with law enforcement and shoehorning it into his persecution fantasies.
- Pat bashes law enforcement at every level, although also states that they are essentially powerless to go after people on forums who are behind vpns.
This is laughably false. If the glowies want you badly enough, they'll find a way to get you. We're talking about international drug smuggling or terrorism tier suspects though.

This reeks of some helpdesk worker telling Rick some nonsense to get rid of him. It's not physically impossible for the feds to subpoena VPN providers, but they're definitely not going to do it because you're being called mean names on the internet. The FBI isn't your personal army, retard.
- Admits his lawyers told him that his lawsuit would be 'an uphill battle'.
This confirms suspicions that Resto didn't dupe Rick but was upfront with him (as much as a lawyer can be), and that it was Piggy Boy who insisted upon taking legal action against his counsel's caution.
Pat is closing in on $100k in legal expenses, stresses that this amount is a remark that he would definitely like to be 'off the record'.
Is this out of shame or because the money isn't his? It'd be very interesting if the 100k was loaned from several parties, and Rick doesn't want the truth to come out because they don't know about eachother and he was less than honest about where the money was going to.
- If unsuccessful in his lawsuit, Pat states that he would want to appeal, but the money side of it might discourage him from doing so.
Yeah, this pretty much confirms that the SFWA is bankrolling (most of) the lolsuit. Why would monetary concerns suddenly become a problem during an appeal when you're already 100k down the hole? Because that's where the benefactors draw the line.
- Says every one of his detractors are men aged 25-45, all white, all white supremacists, love power and "are trying to get back at me for taking away their reddit."
Two contradictions here.
1. He's on record as saying that he has no idea who these people are, that they don't even know eachother; and that he is certain many of them are non-Americans, hailing from as far as the South Pacific.
2. The assertion that he took away the subreddit and it is the motive for revenge flies in the face of his earlier claims that he dindu nuffin and that the cyberstalkers select their victims at random.
- Tinfoil theory raised by Pat - "definitely possible the legal defense (of Quasi) is being bankrolled by somebody", lists 'alt-right organizations' as potential bank-rollers. However, says he has no evidence for this.
Projection. It's impossible for Pat to incur legal fees without funding from an incorporated body, therefore it must be the same for the opposition as well. We're well aware of Rick and Nikki's long history of circling the drain of financial insolvency and it's obvious he assumes his enemies are in a similar state.

Another highlight is that, at one point, Rick describes how the e-rascals make use of fabricated email adresses and phone numbers to evade capture. He stops and corrects himself, stating that they in fact utilize stolen adresses and numbers. I hope I don't have to explain why this is an absolutely fucking retarded thing to say on several levels.
Or is saying "I'm a conservative" just another masculinity fetish he waves around like the guns, motorcycle, sportsball fetishism, bitchweight bench, etc?
Leading theory is that it's a deliberate ploy to raise his profile. He's banking on Progressives being more likely to retweet/publish sympathic opinions if they're coming from a self-described Conservative on the right side of history rather than a run-of-the-mill rando SJW.
fat also didn't fuck his mom, to his credit.
Nah, he just fucked his mother-in-law instead, assuming she's paying into his Quixotic lawsuit as well.

Wait when did he ever describe himself as a conservative? That happened? I thought he was a bog standard American liberal.
I believe he pulled that card more often in his pre-2020 oinking, because Drumpf was still in power and trotting out RINOs to disavow him was all the rage. Rick's not been hammering that point as much lately, likely due to a combination of Trump getting ousted, Covid hogging the limelight and his personal escalating war with the atalkers.

So he's denying that it's his own voice in the video? This man really is retarded.

Wait when did he ever describe himself as a conservative? That happened? I thought he was a bog standard American liberal.
He's always been a Conservative, it's why so many news sites covered his bullshit on abortions. Otherwise he'd just be another Liberal reject the media can ignore.

"Everything they want is death, for me to kill myself. It's their ultimate fantasy."
Once upon a time this sort of admission would be taken as a sign of paranoid schizophrenia.
He probably fears red vehicles.

And for good reason. We all know every True and Honest Kiwi drives a bright red SUV, ready to run down any alphabet agents and anti-Trumpers on sight.
Gang stalker "victims" believe that the their stalkers are in red vehicles. It's part of their weird paranoia. Rick here shows many signs of those that believe they're being gangstalked.
