"I'm a straight white guy" Well that's the only truth about himself that he's told. And even then, that's highly questionable. To celebrate the anniversary of Pat's first twitter banning (Norm/11), someone on the other forums released a phone interview that Pat did with a TOTALLY REAL HuffPo reporter. To everyone that has been following along with the thread and have seen how much Pat threatens and belittles people, you are about to meet victim Pat at his most deranged.
I'm only about 25mins in, but every second so far has been gold. I'll update as I listen.
- Pat states that his cyber-stalkers have said that he cheats on his wife, threatened his child (never happened), and that they obsessively scour the internet so they can 'harvest their next victim'.
- Pat mentions the fake vandalism and emails from his idiotic lawsuit, leaves out all his threats and bad behavior on twitter, and calls everyone who makes fun of him on the internet a sociopath. Lists the book reviews and alleged targeting of other SFWA members as 'deranged behavior.'
- Brings up the swatting that never happened, says that everyone who talks about him on the internet has a 'clinical obsession with him.'
- Pat bashes law enforcement at every level, although also states that they are essentially powerless to go after people on forums who are behind vpns. FBI apparently told Pat that they'd investigate his stalkers if they stole over $250k, or if someone gets killed.
- On his detractors - "Everything they want is death, for me to kill myself. It's their ultimate fantasy."
- Brings up the Farms, calls us a "community of cyber-terrorists", "keeps a kill count", and of course he brings up the Byuu/near nonsense.
- Admits his lawyers told him that his lawsuit would be 'an uphill battle'. Says the stalkers harass his lawyers, order fake food orders to their houses and other nonsense allegations that never happened.
- Pat is closing in on $100k in legal expenses, stresses that this amount is a remark that he would definitely like to be 'off the record'. Pat also admits that there is a real possibility that 'if the judges can't pull their heads out of their asses', he'll owe $17K to Quasi (admin of OnA forums). "I'm going to have to pay him (Quasi) for the privilege of running a website with the aim of me killing myself."
- Fair amount of trashing of Judge Stein, the CA judge. "He doesn't know dick about the internet, doesn't know anything." Not sure if this is a good legal move.
- If unsuccessful in his lawsuit, Pat states that he would want to appeal, but the money side of it might discourage him from doing so.
- Says every one of his detractors are men aged 25-45, all white, all white supremacists, love power and "are trying to get back at me for taking away their reddit."
- Tinfoil theory raised by Pat - "definitely possible the legal defense (of Quasi) is being bankrolled by somebody", lists 'alt-right organizations' as potential bank-rollers. However, says he has no evidence for this.
- Pat says that the Biden Justice Department promised to come down harder on cyber-stalking and cyber-terrorists, but they're busy with the Trump insurrectionists. "I'm hoping they'll do something."
- Pat is asked if he could go back in time 3 years would he do anything differently. Pat's answer: "I would not do anything differently, wouldn't change one tweet."
- Pat finished with a plea for the 'reporter' to keep the financial figures from the lawsuit under-wraps. 'Reporter' gives his word that nothing will be released.
- @Null gets a mention when Pat asks 'reporter' how the focus on his story started. 'Reporter' says it was the Byuu "suicide" that got the HuffPo looking into Pat's story.
- Pat thanks the 'reporter' and hangs up, 'reporter' calls Pat a rude name.
And that's the end of it. It's 54 minutes long so I left a lot out of my summary. If you're someone who is following along with the thread or just the lawsuit, this is definitely worth a listen IMO. KiwiFarms bashing starts at 28:30, Null mention is around 51:40.
EDIT: Should also add that the obvious part 1 in the title means that more may follow. The guy who posted the interview used a throwaway account that has not posted before, so not sure if this is an ongoing bit or not. For anyone who is confused, the reporter is fake (obv not from HuffPo), but the interview is real, that is definitely Pat that is being interviewed.
PPP loan fraud hanging over his head most likely. He's gained at least 150k from PPP loans only to spend it all on this law suit, and his toys. All which can now be proven through this vid, and his twitter posts about him buying so much shit. Feds and IRS would have a field day with him if they were told about it.So what's the over/under on the real reason why Fat doesn't want the amount he's spent on the lawsuit getting out being that he hasn't yet told his wife how much he's really spending?
