Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

Welp, we did it people. We've reached peaked autism. It's been a good run, but it's time to unsubscribe lol.
Here's a summery of each clip so you don't have to waste your time:
  1. Footage from a Ring camera of a woman screaming for help in a California suburb then a car speeds by with an open trunk, if you're having deja-vu, yes, that's the same video from Nexpo's "disturbing things from around the internet."
  2. Security camera footage of a guy in a gym getting haunted by SpOOOoOoOokY GhOoooOOsTS, equipment is moving by itself then he's dragged by an invisible force omg so scary!!! And oh my god did you catch that? There's a figure by the doorway!!!!11!1111 this is so scary guize omg
  3. Woman gets tripped by a jogger on a sidewalk and hits head on a bus. Sounds bad until you see the clip itself. The bus is moving at like 10mph, the woman slightly bumps her head on the side but overall lands on the sidewalk itself and not on the road. How serious was the collision? She immediately stands back up. The only slightly unnerving thing about it is the fact it looks like the man deliberately pushed her, but even that's a contention.
  4. Low quality video from r/ghosts of a kid dancing to a song then turning around and getting 'spooked' by something, if you reach hard enough you can sort of make out the form of another child in the background, but it literally just looks like the kid's reflection on some shiny furniture. Absolute retardation. "But the kid's reaction is sooo authentic!!1!!!!!" Could it possibly be that, gasp, he was slightly startled from suddenly seeing his own reflection? Because he's literally 3 years old? His reaction wasn't even that dramatic, he just pauses for half a second then continues dancing and laughing. Totally footage of a kid getting traumatized.
  5. The security camera footage from that one murder case where a student followed his math teacher to the girls' bathroom then raped and murdered her. If you're having deja-vu, again, yes, that's the same video from ReignBot's "stories from our disturbing world."
You'd almost think this whole video was satire of horror youtube channels. He opened and closed the video using two rehashed stories that have already been used by the two other famous horror youtubers in their own "disturbing videos" anthologies, and he's literally making this a series, even going as far as to copy Nexpo and chapter the videos by "volume." I'm floored, honestly.

Call me autistic but I liked Lazy back when he was narrating stories. His personality isn't interesting enough for reactions or commentary. It was always a cozy time to pop one of his videos on in the background when I volunteered at the library

Exactly, a year ago I even said the same thing:
I usually can't stand horror youtubers that focus more on scary stories than actual unnerving events/weird happenings, but Lazy nails it somehow. He doesn't act like a retard when narrating stories about supernatural encounters, going all "omg is it real?? is it fake?? literally impossible to tell anything's possible" he just delivers the story and delivers it well, it doesn't matter if the stories are true or not, they manage to genuinely be scary.
Talk about aging like fine milk lol.

His voice is even good. Or was good. Don't watch his new stuff anymore. It wasn't forced, airy, artificially (or naturally) deepened. His cadence and delivery was nice, and maybe it's because I'm an amerifat, but I liked his accent, reminds me of CreepsMcPasta.

Shame he turned full limey

I need some help. Way back in the day, around 2015, I used to watch a youtuber who did relatively normie shit. 4chan mysteries and such. The thing is, I think he's Hispanic and had a very noticeable accent, last video I saw of him was him thanking his English teacher or something. Hook me up please.
Maybe you're thinking of GooseBoose? He didn't thank his teacher and said the teacher was a pedo.

He doesn't have an accent. The closest person I can think of is blameitonjorge, he's even got a Spanish name.

GooseBoose is definitely a brown, he did a video about his avatar and how he told his girlfriend who designed it to make the skin darker because he didn't want people to think he's white. I can't think of anyone who has an accent these days who isn't some sort of European, though.

Gooseboose is quite clearly male, and identifies as such as far as I know, but why is his avatar female? Is he a femboy?

Back in the early 2010's, it was just randos reading creepypastas.
Now, it's a bunch of theater faggots acting while reading, and their acting fucking blows. When it isn't that, it's some edgelord talking about dark shit while getting all the facts wrong.

Very few channels are exceptions, and that's usually because they were forerunners or, God forbid, good people. Even MrCreepypasta, who is HorrorTube's god, is a certified piece of trash who scammed his fans.

Also, fun fact, I used to know ScareTheater when he was a teen. I think he might be trying to get rid of the channel he had back then, so I'm gonna do him a solid and spare him from you lot.

6edgy5u indie movie director might be a sex pest? Many such cases. I watched 2 of the movies years ago and thought it was pretty fucked up because the vomit seems (is?) real. Vomiting as much as the people in those films do can't be good and I always wondered if the girl was actually bullimic :( .
Interesting fact… the second actress is bulimic in Slow Torture Puke Chamber. The director talked about how she was a nineteen-year-old who reached out to him on Twitter to make a movie together. She, basically, can vomit on command.

You're right about how dangerous it is. Repeated vomiting can scorch your esophagus and fuck your gasterointestinal system for life.

I know the director of these films talked openly about his BDSM relationship with the main actress, the psychological hold he had on her, and even molesting his handicapped sister at some point. I don't know why people are fucking surprised.

Now that I think about it, it's kinda interesting how reddit took 4chan's place as the spooky conspiracy site. Anyone got an idea how/when this happened? Is it because reddit is more accessible or something
Chan culture died with 8chan. Everyone scattered and moved on. It’s no longer fun or interesting. Thanks to that Kiwi faggot for ruining it forever.

I miss scare theater, but I don’t blame him for leaving. He was still in collage during the prime of his channel. So whatever he’s doing now I wish him the best.

This just screams "i needed to do a video because i might lose money on Patreon, better rehash some shit", which is probably the same situation most of these channels are at. I bet they look at a slightly creepy thing someone found on /x/ and think how can they shit out a 10 minute video about it.

It reminds me of how the Alantutorial ARG pointed out how creativity and integrity is thrown out of the window as soon as they see some dollar bills coming their way.

Apparently he got married recently, looking at the comments 90% of them are fans sucking his dick saying "omg daddy Lazy feeding us so well how awesome is it that he managed to get married AND make a new video??? Absolute multi-tasking KING." So yeah, quite literally shitting out a minimum 10 minute video to cash in on some last minute dollars while he goes away on his honeymoon, probably.
I'm glad you mentioned AlanTutorial, we all need a good palate cleanser after the absolute fucking garbage we've been getting for the past 1.5 years or so. All you horror fans who haven't yet, watch all of the AlanTutorial videos in order from oldest to newest, I promise you it's worth it. Let us pray Alan Resnick and Wham City never fall into the degeneracy pit.

I’m gonna shill Fredrick Knutson like the Nazis did the Protocols- he very rarely covers horror but the way he tells stories of others can be read as either horror or dark documentary. I think the one that captured that best was the mouse utopia and the FF7 house. His voice isn’t awful, is quite clear, and we all know he does his research. He also just. Does whatever he wants in terms of content. So that’s nice.

Anyone strictly horror or forcing it makes me skin tighten like dusted down vinegar stained leather bound book. It feels so inauthentic and really sells a lack of confidence in your material and writing style to make it scary as it stands.

What does his skin color have to do with his accent?
