Huh? Marvel movies are slated to come out about every two months. Marvel shows are slated to come out once per week with gaps between series. Star Wars shows come out once per week. Now, IANAL, but it seems to me that there's a pretty fucking big difference between:

-HIV, a disease that is only communicable through bodily fluids, so it's considerably easier in most cases to figure out how you got it; a disease that is also incurable and is inevitably fatal without going on a lifetime of antiviral medicine (and even then it's still never really gone, so enjoy taking those pills forever); a disease that should cause those who have it to act with responsibility and inform their potential partners of it before potentially exposing them
and
-the coof, a disease that spreads through aerosol transmission and is very transmissible; a disease that most people don't even know they caught, and even in the severe cases you have pretty good odds of coming through if you're not a hamplanet; a disease that is borderline impossible to track down who you caught it from to hold them accountable, to say nothing of how you might already have passed it on to someone else.

I know John doesn't want my non-lawyer take, but this seems like common sense to me. Thousands of people die of the flu every year, does John want to go around filing lawsuits against everyone with the sniffles?
