The Japanese ones don't care, if they see lesbians and think they can dick them straight, then she'll be fine. I don't know how much of her Superchats are EOP, but they're the only audience that might raise a fuss. But I doubt it.

This is actually true.
Tomboys very much like lesbians are just seen as women who just haven't been sexually awakened by the proper dick which is why they are a huge turn-on to many Japanese men.

I’ll say some people just bash certain Vtubers just to get others riled up, while others just seem to genuinely dislike them for one reason or another. It’s best to just let it be, trying to defend too hard will just get you mocked.

Though I encourage mocking someone overly hating on a Vtuber as well, so eh.

I don't hate much of anyone, certain people deserve to be shit on but hating someone means I have to care about them and deem them relevant to some extent. They don't deserve the effort.

Froot is a cheater, Veibae is a retard, Zen is a dude profiting off of stupid people who think he's a girl. I'm just here to laugh at them, not care enough to hate them.

I've heard that some members of hololive have had managers telling them to change their personality and how to act. I haven't seen any evidence of this besides some manager telling Ame to fake a british accent. Seems like something haters have latched onto though. Does anyone have any info on this subject?

hate is a strong word for Veibae. Kinda just hyperbole tbh.

Cheating is not something i can look past, So I really dislike Froot, I respect the art though.

As for people who get hate boners for vtubers, those people have more issues going on upstairs then just disliking streamers with anime avatars.

Yeah, Calli dropped hard R's every other word until her manager made her stop. It's kinda shitty how management does that.

Considering how much of what makes the Holomems who they are is who they make themselves, this is probably incredibly unfounded. The girls are given a general character to play at first, but they have never been beholden to it unless they wanted to.
