I was only talking about viewing it. Only one or two users flew the idea of skelly seeing bars. I don't agree. The comparison between viewing a few emails of 4chan's useless jannies is different to seeing client-attorney privileged information, while in the process also potentially trying to extort someone into silence by using "alleged nudes sent to LOCALS users".
I don't think anyone genuinely believes that Meltonne will be in any trouble, unless they find sussy shit on his hard drives in the process.
They're both getting away with it but it's funny to see everyone squirm.

Longer answer: He's commented before that he doesn't like radio personalities. Though that's likely been exacerbated by the fact Aaron admires Cumia, and Geno had a show with Compound Media (oddly enough, so did Chrissie Mayr though).

I saw that. I can't claim to be a whisperer, but here's my take (sadly, I know the lore from STMS):
  • Anthony made millions(?) on SiriusXM, got fired (basically like Nick) for debauchery (not nearly as bad as Nick's)
  • Anthony is one of 3 comedians whom Aaron considers to be his idols
  • Aaron covered this vid Monday - it's pretty funny bc a baby is crying in the plane and Anthony is very pained
  • Anthony appears to be in coach (vs first or business), which means exactly nothing - Barbara Corcoran flies coach among other multi-millionaires. (Nick only travels in first due to his long legs - this is documented.)
In short, Nick is trying to own his ex-boyfriend by shaming Aaron's idol. Or something. It's very creepy and stalkerish considering it's what Aaron covered briefly on Monday.

Don't forget drug addiction comes with paranoia, and the fact that he's already an NPD means he also has paranoid ideation. That means he trusts no one, not even his own family, and that mistrust could lead to some very interesting scenarios involving a fat, greasy pedophile who he foolishly trusted wouldn't stab him in the back.

I think Melton will be in enough trouble to flip him. He was by far the most vocal in this operation, using the hack and its proceeds as content for his show, and harassing/intimidating Aaron with its content or supposed content. Any "journalistic protection/exception" is unlikely to apply, because he and Aaron have a history. Even before the proceeds from the hack were used Melton was using Aaron for content, some of it in poor taste but meh, it is what it is. For me the problem starts when he uses the data to harass Aaron and pretty openly threatens him with the release of more data and how bad that would be for Aaron, pushing a humiliation angle.

Will he get jailtime for that? Unlikely. Letting him plead down for full cooperation against Nick makes more sense, unless they find more on his devices than we know at this time. For him it largely depends on if they think they have enough for a conspiracy to harass and intimidate charge in concert with Nick, not the "hack".

And they will offer the same to all the other people who had access and used the data/appeared on shows where it was used.
If receiving the data is a problem for any of those people depends largely on at what point in time they should have reasonably known that they were receiving illegal data and did so anyway, and I can already hear the excuse: "The lawyer guy told us it was ok because he did not hack the account, he had legal access." A lot hinges on that fact, and Moody panicking slightly on the Discord with the cope is a good indicator for when at least one of them understood that.

The primary target of the investigation is Nick after all.

But I think its funny when people try to argue some point about this drama without even knowing the actors, the timeline and what exactly happened. You cannot really discuss the hack and the data being shared without knowing who it was shared with and what the fat piece of shit did with it.

[EDIT] Just so certain people do not start crying again. This is a gossip forum, everything I write is an opinion, stop crying every time I mock someone for saying something stupid. I might be 100% wrong about everything and you can make fun of my opinions in a few months. Have at it. "they didn't do nuffin wrong" is a weird take to have about everyone other than Nick.

Nowadays it probably wouldn't be to own Aaron by shaming his idol since there's not much love lost between the two lately, what with Cumia having publicly dunked on Aaron a few times over the past year including most recently superchatting Melton of all people, and Aaron seeming to push back with the clip you mention (starting at 6:48 in Stallyn19's clip from tonight's STES) by approving of Opie's funnier dig at Cumia's tweet.

Taking those signs of bad blood between Aaron and his (former?) idol into account, Nick might not have been taking a swipe at Cumia at all and may have just thrown out some innocuous word salad for the sole purpose of getting Cumia's attention, out of some wetbrained fantasy that the two are now poised to team up against his ex-boyfriend somehow. If so it would be hilarious for the ego bruise incoming when Cumia's reaction is along the lines of "Mick Ricotta? Who?"

Background: Melton and his MAPtons have spent the past few weeks hardcore campaigning Cumia to join Melton’s Supertip system. This is the one that allows creators to bypass using Superchats, getting paid instantly and paying Melton and Moody a smaller cut than they’d pay YouTube. Plus it has the AI voices thing. Cumia hardly ever livestreams anyway but I suspect someone of his notoriety getting on Supertips would get YouTube to shut that shit down and penalize the streamers who are using it.

This campaign is also why Melton just started dragging Opie constantly. He wanted to get on Cumia’s radar and Cumia did show up on at least one of his streams.

I think Rekieta is just trying to get on Cumia’s radar so he can goad him toward using Supertips. As always, Nick has delusions of his own relevance. For some reason Nick is awfully subservient to Melton and growing more so daily.

This entire room is disgustingly filthy. Beer cans, bottles and garbage on the floor, dust, dirt and stains on the PC desk, carpet hasn't been vacuumed in what looks like.forever... since this setup was put together perhaps.

How can someone live like this? It's abhorrent. The funny (and weird) thing is that the body cam footage WILL absolutely show a home that's 50 times worse than this. It's gonna be pure kino to have the entire World shown how lazy and dirty the Rekieta parents are at keeping a clean, tidy and suitable home for children to live it.
