Good catch by Hardin. Even the correct 30 day response period would be due before the proposed June 6th hearing date.

Judge buddy boy is sick of your shit! :story:

Watch him file a screenshot of an email he hastily sent himself the same day that's extremely light on detail and written in the same dipshit way he talks.

Either that, or he'll just no show, expecting that surely the Judge wouldn't be so unreasonable as to deny his request when he grants everything else for Mr Hardin.

Greer lets nothing get between him and a brothel, maybe he'll just fake a medical emergency the day of. Not like get a doctor's note or anything, he'll just email the court five minutes before that he's having chest pains or that he had a panic attack cause the some Puerto Rican guy that threatened him in his book came back.

Apparently writing 'Judge you're never gonna believe this but...' is not the call out sick for work it used to be.
"Dear Penthouse Forum Judge Bennett,

I never thought I'd be writing in to you, but..."

If Rusty just skipped the hearing, I'd be willing to be that for the first time in human history literal steam would come out of a human being's ears.

I foresee a firebombing Tuesday morning, possibly by saggy pantsed thugs.

Why is Russ choosing to go out into the wilderness somehow the court's emergency?
Could next Tuesday be the first (and only) opportunity Russhole has to successfully avenge Dennis Hof? Welp, the Magistrate rightfully told Russhole to pound sand, so looks like the avenging will have to wait.

... That was quick.
I wouldn't be surprised if Hardin partially prepared this in advance, knowing full well that the chances of Russhole pulling his battered but still somehow valid tard card out in order to kick this can even further down the road. tbh I'm surprised there's any can left at this stage.

God damn, this week's been quite the show, hasn't it? Bullshit discovery request from the retard, then "oh uh, gimmie another month" and a near instant "No fuck you faggot" from the defense then the judge himself steps in and doesn't even bother writing a filing, just an in filing system "No he's right fuck you faggot" notification.

Will Rusty cry to the District Court Judge that the Magistrate is being mean and not tard guarding like he's supposed to? Or maybe straight to the 10th Circuit? He could demand a writ of mandamus, saying that the Judge is officially off the 10th circuit's Christmas card list and he HAS to give Russ everything he wants, cause his boss (the 10th circuit) says to. That worked before, in a different way, why not this time too?
