Ngl, it would be funny to see Josh having bigger balls to sue county while Nick just let them walk over him for months. But i do hope we get the footage sooner and without the suing.

"The report came from a person who did not see any of the kids 2 days in a row"
And yet, somehow, despite all Nick's lies and all the money he had that would easily have kept his kids fed and well-dressed, LOTS of people vastly more reputable and reliable than a notorious lying sack of shit like Nick reported, to the police, under penalty of making false police reports, reported that the kids were stinking, starving, begging for food, dressed in the same foul, unwashed clothes for days on end.

Who do you believe? The nitrous huffing retard who has openly admitted being a profligate coke snorting drug addict faggot?

Or members of the clergy, parishioners of the church, people of good reputation?

I'm believing the clergy dude, the parishioners, the people of decency who are not open about the fact they are blatant drug addicts.

2 weeks, or else Null sues the county.
Here is the clip containing the full segment of commentary on the bodycam footage:

"Let me start this off strong. Things are progressing. In fact, chat, if I may be so bold—two more weeks, Kiwi sisters. I am expecting an update at the beginning of June. And if that update is not the body cam footage, I commit to this: I am suing Kandiyohi County. Every single thing we have received—I don't want to be too... I don't want to say too much, because I know that Rekieta is paying close attention and is deeply concerned.

Developments have happened which paved the way for the body cam footage to be released. If the body cam footage is not released, then I will sue. So that's it. There is no reason for it not to be released at this point. We've squared away everything, and the only thing holding us back is the sheriff's office actually fucking doing it.

If the sheriff's office does not fucking do it and does not make good on what is basically promised to us at this point, we have no choice but to sue—and we have the eager legal representatives required to handle such a lawsuit. So it's coming, regardless. It's happening for sure.

[...]

That's what's going on for Rekieta. He's trying to figure it out. I want to hold his hand, but the damage is already done. I'll put it that way. Obviously, I would like the actual footage footage, and I will do everything in my power to get the footage footage. But the foot's in the door. I already have something. And if all else fails, there's no walking it back. It's done."

I'd also point out the median income in Nick's county is $75,000 or so. That means he allegedly spent over $200 dollars per day on food.

It'd almost be plausible if they were eating out multiple times a day and actually feeding their children regularly. The do nothing bitch they have for a mom can't be bothered to cook, so I still imagine the amount they spend on food is significant.

Who are you going to believe:

Multiple people who don't know each other, have no indication of conspiring, and have no reason to lie, or Nick, a man who's publicly admitted that he lied about doing cocaine because "admitting to doing a crime is dumb"?

I don't want to say too much, because I know that Rekieta is paying close attention and is deeply concerned.
This is Nick Rekieta, the man that thinks that he looks perfectly healthy, that he can hide that he's huffing nitrous by turning the camera off, that his kitchen and cooking look good, that he can act like a cold asshole to his kids on stream, that he can rant about his wife being past her prime with a ruined body, that the coke stream just looked like an adult having a little fun

He lacks the ability to perceive when he's doing something that makes him look terrible.

If HE is worried about how bad the bodycam footage makes him look it's BAD!

Happy Arrestiversary Nick!
Raise a glass! Its not everyday your child tests positive for cocaine at a level of over 5000ng/ml, at a detection level of 500ng/ml!
I don't think we talk about this enough. It must never be allowed to fall into obscurity. Within a cut sample of hair, representing 30 or 90 days of growth, there was evidence of high cocaine use. This is only what we know through leaks from Minnesota Public Records, oral swabs or urine or blood tests are still unknown as Nick had the records sealed as part of his plea agreement.

To put this into context, a nano gram is one billionth of a gram of matter, which doesn't seem like a lot, it's roughly the mass of one red blood cell, but consider this: there was enough metabolised cocaine floating around in her blood stream, where a blob of the metabolised cocaine could attach itself to every single cell in her body, hair is tested because it is a very slow, stable part of the body, therefore one of the least intrusive, most accurate ways to measure chemical absorption over time. Pubic hair, eyelashes, nail keratin etc are all more plastic to change, but we specifically choose the hairs on the back of the head for it's stability and realitive isolation from the hands/mouth/etc.

This is the part where my personal outrage makes me semi-dox myself, I was a healthcare assistant for 2 years, specialising in geriatric care, my degree allowed me to serve my ward as a kind-of buffer between clinicians and caregivers, which allowed rapid turnaround on tests.
The process of taking a test sample, packaging it, excising it from the ward, delivering it to the laboratory, then returning the results to the resident doctor or GP, is stricter than how formal legal bills are handed out, there has to be duplicates of the test, there has to be witnesses, every step of the physical journey has to be accounted for (even if it's in the same building I would have to write "I exited ward A at 10am and walked approximately 160 feet to Lab B in good order and without incident").
There are social phenomena which have caused errors in the past, which are drilled into Chemist's heads when they are educated, in the past certain hair dyes have reacted with a gas chromatography tests, or social anomalies where members of the Afro-Caribbean Community would add cocaine to hair products, in particular, this one social phenomena forced the standard practice of US/UK/EU hair testing to add additional steps, washing the hair rods to remove skin oils and contamination which could occur from having the hair dressed and treated by a hair dresser.

Lastly (I promise), hair testing is used as a diagnostic setting in addition to a criminal one. In my experience, when an elderly person was admitted with signs of neglect, I have witnessed hair tests as a means to determine how regularly that person had taken their medication the recent past, or as a tool for Specialist Doctors to meter the use of chemotherapy drugs.

sorry for spelling and grammar, I'm ESL
