I hate when people get injuried or in bad health, but Louis really, really tried to be at the place he currently is. 37 years acting like a (junk) food processor and barely moving around has finally taken its toll. But he still acted like a spoiled brat when people tried to help him.

Yeah, sepsis or kidney failure might not hit someone in their 30s as quickly as it would for an elderly person.
I think we are getting ahead of ourselves. Lou doesn't have severe sepsis for sure, he wouldn't be tweeting if he had anything of the sort. I doubt he has kidney failure either, not sure where that's suddenly come from. He likely just has an infection in that crater in his foot, whether it's skin level or bone level we don't know for sure since no one is behind his lockdown.
