Totally agree. Even the kid blaming himself for not accepting the bill. You feel like a catalyst for one of the biggest things that happened this past year.
Of course the media is portraying it that he’s sad about what the cops did
most of the people who aren't taking an exclusively antagonist stand in the court against Chauvin are going to be chewed on by the mob and media for eternity, the tension they are under would break most people

I still don't see what the big deal is...?
It makes her come off as preachy and dishonest like she has a clear agenda. She's not letting the defense do their job and seems like an untrustworthy witness. It plants a seed of doubt that the witnesses might be biased and retroactively created a narrative to push. Luckily, the next witness was the exact opposite but she put the case in jeopardy.

Honestly, the SJWs should be satisfied that this absolute farce of a trial may act as a catalyst for revision of restraint guidelines, because that would at least potentially save a few lives down the line if speedballing and consequently being a volatile criminal idiot becomes trendy.
yeah i agree with this
i dont think chauvin should be found guilty of anything but i do think there's better ways to lock down an arrestee than pinning his head to the ground with a knee to his neck. like, in my opinion the standard procedure with people who resist arrest should be getting them on the ground, immediately handcuffing their hands behind the back to restrain their arms, putting shackles (or just a second pair of handcuffs, or a fucking cable tie lol) around their ankles to restrain their legs, then use a third set of cuffs/ties to link the handcuffs and ankle shackles together. this way they're thoroughly incapacitated, no way they'll be able to do anything at all with hands and feet tied together behind the back.

well in this case, floyd would probably still have croaked, but without chauvins knee on his neck the "cops murdered him!" narrative would have had a much harder time

This is the tactic they're going for.

Performative weeping is in vogue. From politicians to TV presenters, if anyone attempts to bring facts to the table just start 'crying your truth'.

Yeah but one crazy and fucked up incident isn't cause to think like a black person and say shit like "the police are a gang." Right now you are talking to people who don't like cops, I bet nobody here likes authority, but people - despite the language they use - are actually practicing nuance now. We did not watch that hotel video and say that there shouldn't be cops, or the ability for the state to provide force to maintain order, that makes no sense. Down that way Gay Anarchy lies.
Police abuses generally boil down to a series of anecdotes from various jurisdictions, I'll give you that. There's no central command demanding police in NYC choke a guy to death for the heinous crime of selling loose cigarettes or ordering the guard to crack a septuagenarian's skull in Buffalo for being old and in the wrong place. Just because a problem is hard to identify, it doesn't mean it's nonexistent.

I am absolutely not advocating for the abolition of the police. They absolutely serve an unfortunately necessary purpose in our society. Crime will never go away. There has to be a middle ground without giving absolute lawless authority to either the criminals or those we entrust with enforcing the law.

I found one on the ground and the seem very convincing but the paper immediately feels off.

That's because American currency doesn't actually use paper. Instead, they use a special fabric.

OH MY GOD STOP WITH THIS CRYING BULLSHIT

how many shekels was this old guy paid for that
zero. he probably has a 3rd grade education because he had to quit school to support his ma/family, vietnam was happening when he was a kid, dad probably died over there or was a dead beat. based mama's boy.

e: if he was paid to cry he wouldve said "oh god they killed that man oh god" not "my mama"

This is why twitter and the press as a whole is not the jury. Chauvin deserves to be hung upside down and skinned to death according to libshit media.
