They dont need to do anything illegal. Im pretty sure The Vickers could easily get custody of the baby through legal means.
This would be how I would get Faith to realize how fucked her situation really is. Take Faiths suicide baiting that you know they have and evidence of and show a judge the threads here and the judge likely does the smart thing of let the Grandparents raise the baby so the state of California doesnt pay for it.

From the get go, he's tried to act like the big I am and bully Mr. Vickers. Say what you want about the man, he's yet to cuck to any of the Gunts antics and attempts at brow beating him into submission.
So now there is a child involved, his child, and he wants some form of parental access to said child, so he reverts to type and starts acting like a bully - which has yet to work with Vickers even once. It's great to watch, but trying the same tactics again and again without success shows what a brain dead spastic he is.
Ralph, since you read this: you're powerless, and you'd be much better taking a conciliatory approach and playing the long game. Had you done that from the start - and not shared revenge porn of your child bride - you would not be facing these issues pertaining to child access.
