Parties can request a remote hearing but there does not appear to be any way for interested members of the public to listen in remotely. The court does not provide court reporters for civil harassment cases, a party has to request that at their own expense. Absent a court reporter, an electronic recording is considered the official court record and may be available for request for $15.

Why is it so difficult to just do nothing?

Ralph is relatively unscathed from the Faith saga. He isn't in jail, his probation isn't extended, he needn't pay for child support because he literally isn't the father because he didn't sign the birth certificate and he is basically free from responsibility.

This is the best case scenario for him actually and there he goes asking for trouble and asking to support the child. I find it strange that he brings up "resources" in his deleted tweets. That is not what I will say if I want to prove that I can bring up the child. Hell, instead of talking about it, I will do something.
