just like ralph misunderstood when his court date would be, he did the same for the chris and now can't show up to either which is exactly what i expected to happen. for a felon who goes to more court appearances than he goes days without a drink you'd expect him to know when to show up to them.

I believe that Chris has already been transferred to the Central Virginia Regional Jail which services Greene County if this is accurate.

Don't necessarily mean to derail the Ralph thread with Chris related stuff but if he was hoping to get some more totally epic footage of Chris in handcuffs it sounds like he was already transferred.

Ok so, if Ralph gets this restraining order up his ass napkin abyss, he will effectively no longer have the ability to contact Vickers directly without getting in legal trouble. Meaning he can not approach them like a normal person and start negotiating terms regarding parental rights. Not that Ralph would be civilized enough to have a chance, but a civilized person would at least try with the family and possibly even come to some agreement and avoid unnecessary court involvement. IMO worth a shot.
So he'll have 2 options, to directly petition court with regards to paternity, or have a lawyer try and negotiate things with the family, wait for it to fail, and then file in court. I'm still convinced he has no intention of becoming the father of Xander. This RO greatly narrows his options, a concerned parent would try and fight it even if their chances to beat it are as low as Ralph's.

Ralph never had any intention of being father. He just joined that ranks of white trash with spawn running around they don't care about. Hopefully Faith gives her parents the baby when she decides to run away again to play with the Lost Boys.

No update on the case from the court website, but https://theralphretort.com is timing out as of earlier this afternoon and hasn't come back yet. Given the article deletion after Ade's restraining order was settled, there's a very good chance that he either:
- Had to nuke the site in response to the ruling today
- Preemptively nuked the site because it is a liability in any future legal action he's involved in (i.e. his parentage/custody fight with Faith)
Edit: I spoke too soon, my bad, but the site was down several hours without him saying anything.

I saw that earlier but didn't post it under the assumption that it wasn't intentional and he may not even be aware. Ade raped Ralph in court and he can't legally talk about her. I wanted to see how long it took him to notice.
