“Redirected” prescription Adderall is your safest bet. Nothing sold as “for weight loss” from China, it’s usually PMMA. Coke only if you have money and a reliable dealer. All the Coke Zero you can keep down: you need the caffeine too.
This is all in your head. It’s not in your body. You control your body, not the other way round.
Cut to 1000 cals a day right off the bat. Then 500 when you hit the first plateau. After that, introduce one complete fluid-only fast day each time you plateau. You want to be eating only alternate days in time.
Sleep as much as possible. Exercise is great, but you will run out of energy to do it and it doesn’t raise your basal metabolic rate all that much. You can’t eat whilst you sleep. If you feel your discipline going and you are really sure you are about to eat, go for a nap immediately or shower or do something to get away from the food. Go and walk around if necessary.
Try and keep no food at all in the house. It will just sit there waiting to be eaten. Only have food in your presence when you have made a positive decision ahead of time to eat.
It doesn’t matter a fuck what you eat when you are actively restricting. Your body is getting what it needs out of your reserves. The food is for your psychological well-being and to maintain your will and your discipline. If you want 500 calories of Snickers bar or pork fat, you have it. There is a fair chance you will throw up afterwards anyway.
You need a heavy dose of a bulking laxative once a week to make something happen in your bowel, it won’t move on its own. Nothing with senna. Use whatever dosage it recommends for severe impaction in a glass of fruit juice.
Water helps the headaches. You need a lot of water to get this done. You also need to protect your kidneys a bit by keeping a good water flow through them.
Try and find someone to do it with you. It’s so much easier with support from someone else; you can shore each other up when you think you will eat.
If you can power through the hunger on an eating day, do it and take it as an extra fast day. Every unexpected benefit adds up.
Don’t start to self harm if you don’t already, but the distraction techniques like holding an ice cube or snapping an elastic round the wrist can help. Honestly though, a nap is much more effective and lasts longer. You’re going to be really tired most of the time except when your stimulants kick in, so just roll with it.
No television. After eight, nine o’clock at night, the adverts are for nothing but food and it’s unbearable.
