And if Chris kept separate accounts and he was spending ebay money on toys and then saying "no, you can't take my tugboat either", they'd start interepting that ebay account. Either way, Chris is going to need to reduce his toy budget.

Only way for Chris to make money that can't easily be snagged is dealing in cash, which precludes ebay.
