11/1/21 Chris Chan Phone Call Update

This is starting to shape into Lawyer Troll saga since there's no way his defense doesn't know about him going full jesus looney, or probably even encourage it for their own gains.
What boggles my mind is, can't they research his history here, on the CWCki and other such sources, and figure out what a complete psycho he is and absolutely has to be contained? Or does stuff like this automatically count as not usable because "those damn dirty trolls collated it"?

You need a foundation for any evidence entered. "I saw it on the Internet" doesn't count as one. This means it has to be authenticated in some way. This could be the person who posted it testifying that they did. Or a correlation of IP address records from their ISP. Even that can be countered to some extent. "I wuz HAX0RED!" "That wireless router is open to the public!"

Also Internet posts are almost all hearsay. You're quoting something someone said out of court and that person isn't there to cross examine. And while there are so many exceptions to hearsay it's almost more of a set of rules for what kind of hearsay is allowed than a blanket prohibition, you still need some reason to dump a bunch of Internet printouts on the court, some authentication as to what they are and why they're relevant, and some argument as to why hearsay doesn't apply.

Honestly I don't think that would be necessary to understand what a nutjob Chris has been his entire life. Even a quick confirmation of his personal history (education, etc.) within Charlottesville almost certainly would make it easy to hear secondhand accounts of all the dumb shit the modern version of the Village Idiot has done over the years.

That said, videos Chris has made himself are probably viable and what those videos document is somebody who clearly does not let go of grudges easily if ever and often resorts to violence through indirect means. Long before the macing incident, Chris was using violence as a means of revenge in his comics and then especially with Stackhouse, he straight up has a video of him using the Megatron Pistol repeatedly shooting a picture of Stackhouse and ends the video saying that's "how angry he is".

Not to mention the documented campaign of vandalism over the Sonic game which led to the macing incident, as well as the glitterbomb sent to the End Games which no doubt somebody's passed along to the defense.

Now you have this clearly vengeful figure, well before he truly went off the deep end with this lady jesus nonsense, having gone and raped his own mother. What's he gonna do against people he isn't related to, especially given he maintains that what he did to Barb was "healing" which obviously it wasn't? Chris has a very highly rated lawyer (or rather that lawyer's team) assigned to him so I expect he's going to try and force a plea deal to get Chris into a home and mitigate a jail sentence with time served, which would count as a victory since it avoids the maximum sentence.

If that’s true I wonder if they’ll be able to convince Chris it’s best for him to be moved to somewhere like that or he’ll be so delusional he’ll want to argue his case thinking he can still go back to how things were before?

Maybe if Barbara outright tells Chris he isn’t welcome at 14 Branchland Court anymore he might go along with it?

Chris thinks he's innocent and NOTHING is going to change his mind unless his lawyer managed to pull an idea guy and trick Chris into dropping that assumption.

As for Barb, something's definitely going down at 14BC that isn't being orchestrated by her, given the place looks nicer than it has for literal decades. I think it's assumed her sister came in following the car accident and has assumed control? Regardless, anybody can see that Chris and Barb can no longer be left alone together as there would be nothing to prevent him from 'healing' her again. It really is in everybody's best interests that Chris never return to 14BC and I think his lawyer is only too aware of that. Requesting additional psych evals and thus the continuances certainly suggests he's going to try and get Chris into an institution or group home because simply talking with the guy rules out any possible chance of thinking he's sane.

Given how Chris "understands" his banning from stores as being completely wrong because "It's a public place", I can only imagine his thinking right now is "That's my house and my mommy, it's 100% wrong to be told I can't be at my house with my mommy". He still doesn't grasp why he's not allowed at stores and malls, so saying that he can't go to his house anymore or be around his mother anymore is completely wrong. Even if he shows and Barb throws a tantrum and tries to kick him out, in his mind, will just be Barb being her old self. Even if she called the police, whoever is around Barb that Chris knows about will get blamed for "manipulating" her.

I can see him not being allowed near Barb again, and it's going to be intresting how he handles it especially once she's passed on and how he handles it and tries to sneak home once it's all said and done.

The end of an era: Chris being moved away from 14 BLC. We all knew this was going to happen, but it would be much later, under more 'realistic' circumstances (Barb's death, Bank taking the property). I just can't help but thinking Bob must be agonizing in the afterlife after all he did to protect his sped of a son only for things to take a horrible turn. This all could've been avoided if Borb took harsher measures to curb Chris' bad habits/behaviors, but by the time Chris reached his 20s, it was too late. Chris' parents continued to enable him until he turned 30. The a combination of things happened: Bob's death, the house fire, Snyder's hit and run, and the idea guys. As little time that I knew of Chris when I discovered him, I didn't think that all these misfortunes would happen to one person and that he was the one responsible for all of them.

I've said it before: Chris should've moved out from his parent's place after PVCC, even after those 5 years to get a degree. Bob should have at least co leased an apartment for Chris to stay on his own in order to see what it's like to be an adult. Wishful thinking. But since Bob found out about the trolls, I believe that he didn't trust Chris to live on his own because he knew Chris would be taken advantage of. However, at the same time, mainstreaming Chris failed because it didn't fix Chris' social skills.

Yes the judge will use 4chan, ED and this forum as evidence.

Edit: I am being sarcastic you fucks

"mainstreaming" chris was the single most damaging thing to his life. Chris was doomed to fail at conception, his ancient rural hick parents who were determined to ignore their son and his problems and try to brute force him into being a normal functioning person was never going to work. Especially while they took zero initiative to raise him themselves and instead allowed the internet and television to do the job. Chris needed an actual role model, someone to work with him and guide him in every day life. He would have took to it very easily too considering how desperate he is to fit in somewhere and how quickly he takes to trolls and parrots their behavior, the Lar's phone conversation is a great example of this. If he had been sent to a special education school and programs and had an actual friend and role model who spent time with him besides taking him for a ride to mcdonalds or the local diner for lunch and actually helped him with his day to day life, chris could be a functioning member of society in some tiny capacity. He would be able to hold down a job and live his life in relative peace, instead he is where is his through the choices of his parents, and largely his own. There's plenty of tards out there that live normal happy lives and don't end up in jail for fucking their mother while believing they are a troon-toon-godbear of all gods.

So at this point in the game, how seriously is Chris taking the situation, as in the “Legal Law” side of it?

He cannot expect every word of his mouth to be Dimensional Merge Godess whatever.

Does he try to act like a normal person in trouble with the law, at the very least?

Speaking like an adult and discussing with his attorney?

I know I’m asking really optimistic questions considering this is Chris. I just don’t want to be diving into all these jail calls if it’s the same old crap coming from his mouth that the last few years brought us.

- No “Dimensional Merge”
- No “This or that is fated” or “You have failed the test”
- No tarot cards
- No misinterpretion on Religion.
- And especially No “I had sex with my mom to heal her.”

Then, should Chris be told he's not going back to 14 Branchland Court and that he'll be put in a mental institution instead?
To be a fly on the wall if/when Heilberg tells Chris: "because of your behavior, you'll be banned from going back home; you'll need to find somewhere else to live." I don't think he'll be coping as much as he does in his letters. I'm going to expect Chris to deny and screetch to get his way. Even better, the judge telling Chris that in the courthouse. From what I understand, at Heilberg's insistence, for Chris' continuance next month, people would be barred from being the courtroom gallery, but it would be funny hearing whatever happens from a court employee. It's never a dull moment when you witness how Chris acts in a courtroom. Even though this saga and Chris letters are boring, Chris being taken out of his element and sperging about thing that are out of his control is amusing to see, or to read on the CWCki.

It's the same old stuff, except he is putting more emphasis on being a reincarnation of Jesus. The only real change is that he's asking people to send money to Barb.

Yeah, it's difficult to do but Chris will always drop the bullshit if he is hit with something he can not deny as the truth while at the same time the ramifications, may they be reality or fictional, are the worst case scenario. If this happens during the hearing, I can see Chris either breaking down in sobs and trying to assume the 'defensive hedgehog position' OR he flies into a tard rage DEMANDING that the Judge is wrong and that he be released immediately to provide care for his mother.

When Chris uses phone calls to ask for money, that's typical for inmates who still have connections outside.
"Hey, baby. You know still love you. Could you give me $200 on my inmate account? I'm low on cash right now. Please? I love you"

And instead of wearing his robes he'll wear a pickle suit and instead of saying "order in the court" he will scream JULAAAY and then Chris will shit himself and do nothing while everyone claps and chants HEXBOX.

Smh these neophytes man. I'm in it for the long haul. Post release saga gonna have the juiciest cocks to date!

People in America don’t just get put in mental institutions. There was an unholy alliance between people who thought it was too expensive and people who thought it was cruel about forty years ago, and now we’re in shit city when it comes to caring for homeless insane people.

But even back when we did institutionalize the mentally unwell, Chris might not have been considered mentally unwell enough for it. His laziness and stupidity hurt his survival more than his mental illness.
