You know, Quinn was brought up and I always felt dumb for wanting to ask, but fuck it:

Was Quinn actually a real person? I know the Wiki indicates her photos may have been faked. If they weren't, legit, girl looked decent, and the Feeder/Feedee scene is -weird- my friends/notfriends/whateverthefuck.

Now I have to powerlevel a bit to show why Chris would really need institutional level care and not just supervision. On a Discord I'm an admin on, we actually have a member who is frankly a whackjob. Autistic, very delusional. <As in they randomly announce they are a loli mousegirl who wants dick. Likely, legitimately, aggressively so>. Then other days? Normal human. Easily triggered, etc, etc. They live in a supervised apartment set up. I don't know the details on how that works, but they can leave when ever they want, and don't need to report in.

The caretakers in such situations exist pretty much to make sure they get their weekly shopping and doctor appointments, can go to pay bills, etc. We found out just how little oversight there is when they randomly fucking left their apartment with just a shirt, pants, shoes, and walked 5 miles, and it was snowing..to get a pizza. I ended up making sure the owner of the discord got her number and we quickly chipped in to pay for her cab.

Her supervisor? Never even answered her phone, because the Supervisors aren't required to do so. Once they did their daily/weekly check in, they aren't beholden to a fucking thing. So Chris would legitimately still be doing all this shit and likely just burn through supervisors(I doubt this is the right term in the profession to be honest) because he's a creepy fat fuck.

Alright sorry for the powerlevel, just felt like sharing that example of why supervised care for some one like Chris just doesn't work.
