You can always count on the internet to take any cause, no matter how noble, and add in a unique flair on concentrated idiocy. This is coming from someone who is pro-gamergate. The more public a cause is the more likely it attracts in the weirdos. Kind of goes in with my mathematical equation of douchebaggery

The douchebaggery level in any given area is directly proportional to population density. In other words, the more people concentrated in an area the higher the level of douchebaggery exists. This also applies to the online world as well, and due to the public nature of the internet individual idiots have the opportunity to shine and attach themselves to events or communities.

In fact, on the internet the chances of douchebaggery are increased 10 fold. I call this 'The Faggotry Deviance'

So basically what I'm understanding from all of this is that #GamerGate is a maelstrom of autism that's sucking in all our favourite Internet personalities.

I bet Kengle is the true mastermind behind all this.
It is quite possibly the biggest flamewar the internet has ever seen, and it's about video games, so I'd be more surprised if it *didn't* attract lolcows.

That tie & shirt combo has declared jihad on my sides.
I think the full beard look suits him.

In the manifesto, Jace claims to have PTSD from a tour in Iraq, but I thought he'd never actually been in the military ("future U.S. Marine). Does he actually have a military service record, or is this a delusion/symptom of his schizophrenia? Sorry if this is late or self-evident; I've seen him say stuff similar to this a couple of time recently but I haven't seen anyone address it. I've been trying to go back and get caught up on everything related to Jace/DEAGLE NATION but there's a lot of new content coming quickly.

I'm guessing jace asked @Null or ciadude420 to help him write the manifesto. If Kyle wrote it, it would be talking about how Wu has negative energy and is disrupting the cosmic balance of the world
For the record, neither of those people helped him write it, although he did receive a short briefing on Brianna's eccentricities from the CIA, from which the "$15,00 a month complaining about video games" line was ripped verbatim. He was very likely on Ativan and his schizo meds at the time, and from the recent livestream we've seen that Ativan has the ability to make him much more down to earth and less chimpout-prone for short stretches of time.

plus less vomiting?
Someone on here said it was an anti-convulsant, so he won't be needing to clean out his puke bucket nearly as often. Now I'm curious if he's going to start gaining weight since he's not puking his guts out on an hourly basis.

Jace claims to be a veteran in practically every video he's released in the last year.
The truth is that he has never served in the military. He has a criminal record, is on meds for schizophrenia, and is borderline alcoholic. Jace always wanted to be in the military and used the fact that he was sent away somewhere (the general consensus is that it was some sort of religious camp or rehab) in the winter of 2013-14 as the basis for a claim that he somehow managed to join the USMC and serve in both Iraq and Afghanistan in the space of two and a half months. His military lies have become mixed with schizophrenic delusions, but they're also a concrete attempt to sound more authoritative and worthy of people's attention and respect.

I think in the stream last night he slipped up and confirmed it was Bible Camp. He was talking about how his mom had him dress up nice (similar to what he was wearing) when he went to Bible Camp, only to quickly try and cover it up by saying "Uh, I MEAN, UH, The Marines! I MEAN! Some other time I went to Bible Camp, in the way way past," or something. It probably wouldn't have even registered as an admission of his recent visit to Bible Camp (most probably would have assumed he was talking about a time when he was a kid) if he hadn't immediately tried to backpedal.

On a slightly related note, my favorite title Jace ever gave himself was the "Former-Future-US-Marine" instead of "Veteran" right after his 2 month Bible Ca-Iraq / Afghanistan tour.

Oh yeah, the Go Pro Hero, I'm very familiar with it... what I don't get is why they use that kind of skater helmet if they are supposed to go for a tactical style, I mean, you could easily mount the GoPro on a MICH helmet, I'm amazed they haven't bought one since it's fairly popular and cheap.

Who am I kidding, of course they don't know about the MICH, let alone tactical thingies, so I'll just look and giggle at their antics... nice sword though.
Actually the military uses sports helmets all the time

These ones are tactical but it's common just to use the normal ones even.
