Unfortunately that’s just his Lock Screen, you can tell by the way the apps move when he swipes up.

Adding this just to explain:
When you unlock your iPhone all the apps sort of ‘fade in’ like in the video.

When you close an app, only that app will close and fade out slowly towards its icon.

I’ve watched the video 5 times and tested it myself with my own phone.
Test it yourself if you have an iPhone.

EDIT:
Disregard all of this, I didn’t realise Phil had an older iPhone that actually has a physical home button, so above is not correct.

He is 100% closing an app, and if TJ says it’s WWE Champs then it is.

He makes money mainly because retards spite tip him and then come here to observe the results. A normal person can't just replicate this weird purgatory he's created for himself.

And I'm not jealous of the money. I make more than he does, as do most of the major detractor streamers on YouTube from what I've observed. The reason it pisses people like Piece of Peace off that no one has done anything to Phil is because he's a grade A shithead who ought to be laid out. Bad people deserve for bad things to happen to them. And you can argue he's slowly dying in private and secretly miserable already, but that's nowhere near as satisfying a thought as the idea of watching him rage on camera about his life falling apart.

It’s been a while since I’ve had an iPhone with the home button, but IIRC he didn’t close the app, he just suspended it by tapping on the home button and, as you mentioned, when one does this the apps fade in.

That was definitely WWE Champions.
