Tevin once said something a while ago thats just true for any fuck up that happens to Phil, even this one. Which is that Phil never settles with the money that he has, he always has to get the most money in the quickest way possible. It always blows up in his face as he won't ever play it safe and be satisfied with how much money he has. If he just plays by the rules he'd never end up in these situations. For example, the whole fundraising thing he tried to do with Twitch that got him a strike.

For this situation, it was the fact that he made multiple adsense accounts because he couldn't wait long enough to appeal his current adsense account which had a strike due to him having his viewers purposefully click the ads (Trying to get more money, got caught). So instead he made multiple adsense accounts which is against the terms of service (To get money quicker, got caught). If he just played it safe and waited it out, he'd have been fine.

Same with Machinima, it was during the adpocalypse, he was getting less money, he wanted more money, goes to Machinima, pesters them constantly, they get annoyed, he throws shit at them, he cans him. If he just asked whats going on and he just waited it out like Machinima told him (things got mostly back to normal in week) then he'd have been fine. But NOPE he needed the big bucks instantly. Then there's Laveria, he left Curse to go to Laveria as Laveria promised him more money and so he went and it turned out to be a scam and he crawled back to Curse except they wouldn't give him a managed partnership this time so he lost out. Then there's the whole false cahpyright strike issue where Phil couldn't handle like 3 - 5 days of not getting money on Youtube and wants instant money so he asks Machinima how to instantly solve it and Machinima said to delete every video with the fan art in and he did it and his rankings plummeted to the point he never recovered. The list goes on and on, every shitty situation he's been in "business" wise that he says isn't his fault all starts because Phil tries to cheese the system and get the most money in the quickest way possible and gets caught out instead of just accepting his current position.

This righteous indignation thing he's putting on is, as always, 50% comprised of just being his standard parlor tricks, particularly when it looks like one of those "consequence" UFOs is visible on the horizon & he knows the people that will kiss the booboo are (impressively somehow) his mental inferiors. He knows he can 180 on any topic 3-5x w/i 90 seconds, written or verbal, & it doesn't matter because those people are, with narrow exception, too stupid to realize it & they pony up. 9/10, prahblum solved.

The other 50% is actually genuine bewilderment. His upbringing taught him very early on in life that pitching nuclear, full-bodied bitchfits is nearly 100% effective in securing a favorable result when something gets him assmad, or he just doesn't get his way.

We can debate forever whether he's just a bad seed or if his parents saddle the blame for the trashfire he grew up to be. To my thinking, it's just not a point of contention; his sense of entitlement is just too overwhelming to not have its deep roots in his formative years.

This time, the pissfits aren't changing anything so far & this is kind of a big deal, & his reptile brain is totally fucking confused. He'll eventually reach the conclusion that it didn't work bc he just didn't put his ass into it & then he'll ramp up the REEEEing to 11 or 12. (Can't wait. Will be hilarious.)

He doesn't have a relationship with any reality where temper tantrums just.. don't work. This might be his first adult lesson that his True & Authentic formula holds no power on the planet of grownups.

If this whole thing sticks go the wall (I'm skeptical) it's going to have really deep & fucked up implications for him. Way above & beyond $ stress. Darker than just the bottom falls out & he blazes the Trail of Tears out of that house to where ever he goes next. This will be like a fundamentalist reaching the conclusion somehow that there is no God, & it's going to fuck his shit the fuck up. It won't change him; he'll always lather rinse repeat the path he thinks is least resistance no matter how many times it results in abject failure. But psychologically, it'll snap him like a twig.

So yes, he honestly doesn't understand why this hasn't just magically disappeared yet. But not because something important just slipped his mind, & not because he didn't actually & unequivocally know that something he liked was taken away from him as punishment for intentional cheating.

This just stands to represent the next stage of human learning & development that most of us have nailed down by age four or five: tantrums not get your toy back; they usually just make more of your shit suck even harder.

He has never really been this far along in too many life lessons, & to get this one at nearly 40yo, it'll be an ugly thing to behold if he can't worm his way out of this one with verbal abuse & flail-yelling.

Yeah, this is definitely because of how many of the subs he got came as a result of that million view 'Homefront' review. He found some people who genuinely liked his reviews and subbed. Then, he completely abandoned the channel and they all forgot about it, woke up today to a sub box that was gang raped and peaced out. It'll. get worse. I think when he started the channel, he only got about 5k actual 'true and honest' fans that crossed over from DSP Gaming and were numb to his upload blitzes. Anyone who subscribed afterward is gonna be gone if they are someone who watches through their sub box, he'll drive them off in the next few days.

So everybody saying "he has ads on his videos!" are right, but i remember that YouTube will stick ads on videos that aren't monetized by the channel owner. Iirc one of the autistic illuminati of the SOK were all over Snort Burnell (was her name something like ardnas at the time? My lore is off here guys, sorry) bc she had videos on her channel that had ads and they claimed it was monetization, while she claimed it wasn't- that YouTube themselves put the ads on. So if this is true, isn't it totally possible that there are actually ads on dsp's videos, but that ad $$ is instead going to YouTube? They pretty much have the explicit right to do so.

That is true, I have ads on my vids for years even though I've never been a partner, nor I earned a dime from my vids.

Yeah, there's an old ATK where he breaks down his day in response to a question about if he has time to read any books. It's insane. He somehow comes up with like a 14 hour 'work' day, and the stuff that he includes in that calculation is ridiculous. I'm sure he equally exaggerates Kat's schedule. I think, in fact, just the other day he slipped up during his IRL and someone here pointed out that he revealed like an extra 2 hours a day they have to spend together, read: sit in silence and in more agonizing awkwardness than showing up to a blind date and finding your sibling but you decide to just spend the time together anyway since 'we're both already here'.

Totally expect the subs on that account to plummet once he starts hammering it with 30+ videos a day like he did with DSPGaming. I also expect he won't get the views he did before back on DSPGaming ether since he has disabled comments instantly. He needs to get his interaction stats up, even if it's troll or detractor comment's it will help push his channel back up.

But as usual he's doing the same shit again and will cry and whine when it doesn't work and we will hear "I did nothing wrong" when he can't even get 250 views a video.

Anyway him saying he cant work anymore than he has been is the most pathetic thing. Didnt he also claim a bunch of times in the past that uploading the youtube videos and naming all them always took an hour to 90 min?

But he pretty much said for streaming he does the max he can. Especially at night cause Kat is in bed. I still dont get how during the day streams that he needs 80-90 min for them too cook and then eat dinner. He could easily stream another couple hours during the first stream of the day. Could also cut down the fucking pre streams and do more game play. Him being in this super tight spot im sure Kat would be fine with him streaming longer at night. I mean unless he is screaming at the top of his lungs could it really wake her up to the point where she cant sleep?

It's hilarious how Phil flat out admitted to Mitch that he created a "dummy", i.e. fraudulent, AdSense account for Curse just so he could get ads on his videos through them.

I'm amazed he's gotten away with just harassing support until they give him what he wants up until now. I think it's just that he relies on his pigroach stench to horrify and disgust everyone until they're willing to cave in just to make him go away. I think this time they may actually just make him go away.

Imagine you're Mitch and you have to deal with this complete fucking prick for hours when you don't have the authority to fix it. Usually, you just kick it upstairs and let someone else deal with it when what you can do is exhausted. But then in what he's saying you suddenly hear him admit that the AdSense account he's complaining about was created just to evade bans.

Now when you kick it upstairs, it isn't with a recommendation to fix it, it's "hey there's this guy who got his account banned for fraud and created a new one. Think you can 'help' him? [snicker]"
