Two interesting, albeit predictable trends from his first few days on KOGaming.
- His views are way up from what they were on DSPGaming. Still shit, but they seem to be higher.
- Even after a few days the views are on a significant downward trend. 1.2k viewers dropped off between the 1st and 2nd parts of GTA. Quality kahntent!
That to me says he had a shot at enticing some lapsed subs from KOGaming back, but he chased them all off by greedily spamming videos as always to start with, and with his terrible videos. We all knew this already, but it's still interesting to see in black and white.

TBH, those views are about what he normally gets for the start of new playthroughs. Go to DSPGaming and look at early Parts of pretty much every playthrough. The first few will have a few thousand views, and then it quickly drops off. The slightly higher than normal views are almost certainly dumbass fans playing and replaying the playlist to try and help.

I really am amazed that several of you guys still don't get that even unmonetized videos can have ads either due to 3rd parties doing it, or YT themselves doing it. Despite this being brought up quite a bit in the forum. Like how often is this brought up and you don't remember this little detail?

I mean, sure it's probably Pigroach just spamming ads desperately like he always does given the sheer amount of them, but it might also just be his settings and a third party claim too. Either way, Dave's just wasting his time doing this for pennies; only his Pigcult of like 15 guys watches the ads.

Exactly. YouTube will try to make any money they can on videos hosted on their site. If the content creator won't/can't do it, youtube will. It is a real adult business after all.
 
After a small influx of new subscribers(83), KOGaming has been constantly bleeding subs. They trickle down slowly, but I'm suspecting more and more people will be driven away after they realize it turned into yet another shitty let's play channel... and with arguably the worst commentator in Youtube/Twitch.

So, will this thread be kept around for the documentation of AdSense antics? Or should we keep it focused more closely on MCN dealings, like the ones Phil can no longer call upon? He grumbled during night prestream that his patience will wear down if Wednesday comes and goes with no feedback from Mitch. The saga isn't over.

Imagine how menstrual he would be if he knew the reason it's taking so long is bc they're currently passing his file around at youtube HQ to make sure everyone gets a chance to laugh at it.

Best part about this for me is his habitual use of the word "stolen". He can't wrap that reptile brain around the fact that he's not entitled to something just bc he wants it. His worldview just never fails to make me dizzy.

From what I remember from one of the people who I sub to who explained how things work now, it doesn't matter if they watch the same video twice, thrice, or how many they want, it will still only count as one.

I would bet anything that he played dumb and claimed he had no idea where it could have come from, and if Youtube's data wasn't carefully matched (or if he used, say, an SSN for one and a business tax ID for the other), it probably didn't show that the invalid click activity came from his darksydephil channel's adsense account, which should have followed him. I am fucking flabbergasted that he has an actual shot at getting it back.

Did he actually say his appeal went through? The video he posted says he's going to be able to monitize it again, and he vaguely references that 'Google and YouTube screwed up', but he doesn't actually say he heard back from AdSense about his appeal and they unbanned him; he also didn't mention needing to uncouple the 'dummy account' after getting his monitization tab back and moving everything to his KOgaming AdSense account. Was there somewhere else he mentioned this besides the announcement video he posted that I haven't seen yet?

I'm wondering if he figured out how to play the shell game and moved ownership of DSPGaming so that he could monitize it under his KOgaming AdSense account. I can see Dave pretending he beat those booksmart assholes at Google and YouTube and made them apologize when in reality he shuffled some papers and got the light to turn green again.

As with most of DipShit Phil's pigroach survival skills, I'm sure he rigged it in some half-assed way that it will come back and bite him again in the future, whereupon he'll yet again moan about how nothing is his fault and how it is YouTube that is the stupid ones, then somehow worm his way out of any actual consequences.

The only way Phil will ever suffer any consequences other than, just, well, being Phil is if he starts having strokes like Jack Scalfani every couple weeks.
