At most, her story and contest to information should be shared here if she puts it out. If anything is proven arbitrarily false, it should still be kept and put a line through. The chances of redemption and repentance are slim to null. There's too much truth in the horrors to dispute.

@Null Funny. I googled for "Lambert Worldwide", and this letter seems similar to (but ironically, more polite) than similar letters sent to various publications like 'Offshore Alert' in an effort to get them to remove copies of legal documents related to civil cases filed against their clients.
'Remove content about Donald Solow,' writes 'John Lambert'
Letter from "John Lambert", of "Lambert Worldwide", requesting the removal of copies of complaints filed by a United States-based insurer at federal court in New York against his "client", Donald Solow, alleging that he participated in a $135 million fraud with financial advisers in Bermuda and the Bahamas, and insurers and investment funds in the Cayman Islands.

In fairness to Lambert, at least in the case of Solow, the client _may_ not have actually done the bad things that he was accused of in the civil suit, unlike Isabella who literally boiled a hamster.

In one particularly egregious example, Lambert even tried to get DocumentCloud, and a student newspaper at Western Washington University, to remove documents and a story that showed Grace Borsari and Fred Kaiser- donors to WWU- cheated on their tax returns for eight years to the tune of at least $36 million. The source was... a plea agreement, that Borsari and Kaiser had literally signed.

The 'reason'?
several facts were reported without necessary context and/or that some details conveyed in this article are wholly incorrect
Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of 'context' you can fit in around dodging $36 million of taxes.

I would like to re-iterate my position on why I still vote Delete, regardless of what this bitch has done we can’t afford to cause more trouble for ourselves than we can get with our few morons.

We can always just backup the data or put it into an archival part of the site until further notice, but I feel some amount of courtesy can be afforded back…
even if this attorney is a fraudster and this is just a scare tactic. The justice system is still shit, and we don’t pay null nearly enough to throw money down a black hole.

This woman is a cunt who deserves what she gets, but we don’t need to draw unnecessary attention from glowniggers if we don’t have to. Especially over someone as retarded and gross as this.

I voted keep for obvious reasons but this is actually a more rational approach than the usual dumb shit lolyers do where they come in huffing and puffing and making threats with no real basis in law or fact, and then act surprised when their clients end up in even worse shape because the target not only tells them to fuck off but makes a point of kicking in more Streisand effect.

If you're a lolyer known for blustering, empty threats that aren't followed with actual litigation, or you embarrassingly lose that litigation when it comes, your threats aren't intimidating at all to anyone who looks.

In this case, his client still gets told to fuck off, but there's no "story" to make the Streisand effect even worse. The letter may not have helped his client much, but at least it didn't harm her even more, like many lolyer threat letters do.

If only the mountain jew had a lawyer this nice and professional instead of filing pro-se, she might not have wasted the past several years losing to a man unaware he was being sued.

Sociopathic, zoosadist, and all around fungal cunt crying that mean people are saying bad things about her on the internet???

My sides have left the solar system.

Keep.

@AnOminous I somewhat agree, but in the case of Borsari and Kaiser it does seem like the attempt to get the story removed from some student newspaper in a cow college (including the sneaky approach to DocumentCloud) may have garnered it further attention in the national press, if not to the extent that more overt threats would have received.
EDIT: lol here's Lambert acting on behalf of "a multi-dimensional Arcturian alien working with 11 other aliens in an “intergalactic Green Peace” type organization"

EDIT: lol here's Lambert acting on behalf of Kelly Gribeluk/Kelly Myzner, trying to get an Ultraorthodox blogger to remove a copy of a newspaper article that reported on a divorce battle between Kelly and her husband, Guillermo “Moshe” Gribeluk, after Kelly left the forelock-tuggers, putting it in a light unfavourable to Kelly. While Kelly was probably actually done dirty by a biased judge, there's a little 'context' which explains why this letter wasn't sent until 2021 when the article had been posted on the blog in 2016 that is quite relevant.

Namely that Kelly was imprisoned in 2016 for conspiring with her lover to hire a hitman to murder his wife. On the other hand, Kelly, unlike Isabella, is actually kind of cute. Would smash.

I'm curious as to what additional facts could possibly redeem Bella. Health issues? Are they going to say she's a shizo and therefore can't be held accountable?

Whatever it is, if Null agrees then he can't tell us, so it just sounds suspicious.

If she hadn't been a completely deranged, evil idiot-cunt, it's possible instead of getting her own thread, her stalker would have been banned, because at the outset, it was the opinion that she was the victim and he was a crazy stalker. And indeed, he is a crazy stalker, but she's an evil idiot-cunt, so fuck her.

They always want to put things behind them, only to get their shit deleted so they can once again engage in the same behavior that got them notoriety in the first place.

If they really want to put things behind them just stop doing stupid shit online and get a real life.
