I vote no, not because I'd shy away from any fight, but because the courts have already proven they can do whatever they want. If THIS would set up a legitimate and useful precedent, then right on. But since in Utah, at this point, not knowing the law is "excusable negligence" that prevents you from filing litigation, then I doubt sinking money into this would prove useful in the other suits, or in general.
The problem is the per se system and the biased judges, not a precedent. It seems Judges wipe their asses on precedents to get their way. I'd focus the money on destroying the per se system.
