Given the history of legal insanity documented by and directly involving the Kiwi Farms even if it seems like a slam dunk it is not a risk worth having.
The upside of saving this man from his own consequences does not out weigh the strong downside of possibly getting stuck in another prolonged legal battle with a plaintiff who has pro se plot armor.
