Yeah, it is. I got a better idea:
Null posts the application form as plain text on the site.
You download it
Fill it out
Then null sets up another pc using another ip address.
You install linux, or cygwin if you sold your soul to microshit (note that in either case you'll have to learn to use the linux terminal, and SCP, hovewer both are simple, given the linux terminal is exactly like cmd or powershell, just the commands are different, but in your case you'll only need SCP, which is inherently simple to use. Just look it up online i guess)
you take the filled out form and use SCP to upload it to null's other PC/server
null takes a look at it, then sends you a text file calling you a retarted sperger.
Since it's using SCP, which uses the SSH protocol it's fairly secure and encrypted, It's also a direct connection, so no 3rd party can spy on you.
As a backup null might also make the form availible on said server for downloading using the said methodes.
