I hope this elicits an emotional response from them, like back when Null told the New Zealand government to go fuck itself.

In an age of digital instantaneous messaging is it fair to think there is a good chance the belated email is a sign there might be some legal action to come in the near future? If it was merely advisory and benevolent in nature one would think it would of been sent before the initial deadline.Nice of them to ask you to perform an “illegal” content risk assessment 9 days after it’s due.
Cool, show us the stats for London
Yeah you'll probably get a BBC article soonish to laugh atI hope this elicits an emotional response from them, like back when Null told the New Zealand government to go fuck itself.
You really could of fucked with them on this. But good response nonetheless.Dear Sir / Madam,
@Joe Swanson @Sabrina @Catfag #9000These questions have already been answered elsewhere on the site, from crises more significant than this. Part of the community expectations is getting up to speed with just a little research on your part in regards to these matters. You can certainly ask already answered questions, but don't be flustered when you get snark back.
EXCUSE MESir / Madam
They paint with a broad brush to their benefit.View attachment 7139298
So yeah any website accessible from the UK is subject to this bullshit, according to them.
...risk assessment?Advisory Letter on RA Programme - Kiwi Farms.pdf
Well said!but I think so far this is just sabre rattling with a remarkably small and shitty sabre
Yes....risk assessment?
Are they telling you to keep track of every single potential possible thing that could go wrong on your site? Do you have to do it on a year by year basis?
They're too busy looking for people saying nigger on Twitter mate, KF will be fine.@Joe Swanson @Sabrina @Catfag #9000
I appreciate the responses. I was aware of the other incidents, though none from what I am aware of, were concerning this level of Britishness and so high-up.
The other side of it is people who hate the farms will latch on to the Brit government to help try and bring down the farms. Being vigilant is key.
What legal action? Sao Tome was a Portuguese colony, far removed from Britain. And Britain has no legal power over Sao Tome afaik. Also the site is US legal, and Null is a US citizen living in a country not affiliated with the UK. The only legal action that can be taken is on UK citizens using KF. Not on anybody else.In an age of digital instantaneous messaging is it fair to think there is a good chance the belated email is a sign there might be some legal action to come in the near future? If it was merely advisory and benevolent in nature one would think it would of been sent before the initial deadline.
