What's the bottom line for this sort of enforcement? Will they actually steal your SOA for the site?

Lmao this is the kiwi farms equivalent of troons screeching genocide.

The letter was a template that will be getting sent to thousands of businesses asking them to complete some bullshit risk assessment about his website. It doesn't ask for user information.

Failure to comply will be the first strike to getting a website blocked from the UK, but they don't need to bother now because they got what they wanted with one email.

That's the irony part.
The only irony is serving a 451 protects UK users more than their so-called "Online Safety Act".

>Barely any form of self-defence is legal
>Constantly polled as one of the most miserable 1st world countries in the world
>"Free" Healthcare system is on it's knees
>People often get arrested for Internet posts
>Muslim rape gangs get to roam free

I'm sure it had something to do with it. A number of other sites I use or have used in the past have closed too, some citing this imbecilic law. The fact is the only way to comply with this bureaucratic nightmare is to have a legal team to do it. All the oligopoly companies like your Google/Twitter/Facebook types can afford to comply or suck up a fine.

Little mom and pop type sites? They can't afford it. And with effectively unlimited fines, shit like £18m fines (which can be imposed over and over without limit), they can just financially obliterate any company. Basically an instant death penalty.

It's enough to make you nostalgic for the guillotine. And perhaps neckties can come back into fashion.
They are gonna fuck themselves with this, if they were smart they would have waited for the EU to do something similar, now their are that one European country with no websites

If you are from the UK and are not seeing this, it is because you already have a token. Once it expires (i.e. your next KiwiFlare page), you will see it.
Adding a reminder that Brave has built in tor support could be a good addition, considering it is WAY more user friendly than tor browser

You know as much about irony as Alanis Morisette.

That page gives clear instructions on how Bri'ish Farmers can circumvent their shithole's draconian censorship regime in order to continue Farming.

As far as I can tell, neither of Null's knees have been bent as a result of Ofcom's letter.
They didn't have to censor kiwi farms, the website did that for them.

Wow so we're all laughing at the ludicrous arrogance of the letter and it actually worked?

Lmao
I assume the idea is to force Angloid Kiwis to protect themselves from their government's MegaNannies. Even Josh doesn't want his users to enjoy prison for clicking :like: on vewy dangewous haaspostings.

Brits continue to be spineless niggercattle.
What do you expect Brits to do about this, Captain Retard? We burned the entire country down last summer over how much we hate the government and without even touching on what they did to the rioters themselves, they imprisoned people for years for standing watching things unfold, or making socialmedia posts that remotely sympathise with rioters in response. People have families and jobs, they're scared shitless of what the government will do to them or their family if they try to protest anything again. The people in the UK live under a tyrannical regime that fucking hates them, your retarded logic is on par with hating people from the GDR or Soviet Union because they happened to be born into a system that exists to oppress them.

So I guess they just assumed "maybe there's a chance this Null guy is Bri'ish" and sent him the "confidential" letter?

Or maybe they knew Null is American, and sent him that "confidential" letter anyway, in an attempt to intimidate Null?
Probably one of my weirdest memories is that the first time I heard his voice, it was in some panel possibly killstream possibly something else, it I swear Null sounded like he had a British accent for the one sentence I heard him speak. It wasn’t until years later when I started watching MATI that I realized he was American.
I have no idea why I thought he was British for so long, maybe it was his attitude

It's not a problem for me because I'm not a techno-illiterate nigger but you could have given us a little bit of notice bro, the mumsnetters are gonna get shoah'd by this.
You motherfuckers have had years of warning. It's not null's fault it took something to actually happen before you realized something can actually happen.
