2025-07-25 - OFCOM: "Ofcom engagement - Availability of KiwiFarms in UK"

I have the utmost faith that the Good King will see Mr. Moon for the antichrist that he is, just as his mother before him sniffed out that fascist little Scottish boy and his extremely dangerous pug
Nah, it'd be really mundane shit. Off the top of my head:
1. Putting NSFW images behind a spoiler isn't "good enough" - all images, or just those classified as NSFW by users, need to be hidden entirely for users who haven't verified their age.
2. Some of the rhetoric used by users here could be classified as "incitement", and should be blurred (They can't ask Null to forward user info because they don't have that power)
3. Some of the content here is hateful and risks exposure to under-18s because there isn't sufficient measures in place to prove only adults are signing up for the website.
Blah blah blah
The UK is just woke North Korea. Maybe its time for the Brits to do something about their subjugation pronto because this law was definitely made to make it harder for them to organize online. It'll only get worse as they continue to flood their country with new voters from the subcontinent and people with deep-seated ethnic hatred revenge fantasies against them.
Right now, most of Europe is still in the "vote your way out of it"-phase. Which, when you consider how long democracies as we know them have been around for, there hasn't actually been enough elapsed time in Europe to prove it's all bullshit. Being able to "vote" for change is the biggest release valve on the population's anger, but as the population starts leaning one way overwhelmingly and the government continues to just outright ignoring them, that's when things start becoming untenable. We were at the, "Civic nationalism is the way!" a decade ago, at this point we're at the "they all need to go" threshold.

As an aside: I also want to know the strategy behind lowering the voting age to 16, but then restricting under 18s access to the internet and what they can see, as if under-18s aren't going to be aware of the fact this has happened. Bold strategy, let's see how that works out for them.

I have to admit, I would like to see Trump roast Starmer like a Thanksgiving turkey over this.
Vance would also be acceptable.

In other news, I don't think anyone has posted about Ofcom's senior management team, yet?
These are the people the UK has put in charge of censoring the Internet.
Might do a deep dive tomorrow idk.

EDIT: They also provide links to high resolution photos. Do as you will with that information.
I mentioned them in a deleted post (deleted it because I didn't wish to derail the thread).

Mainly women, no doubt Common Purpose/DEMOS trained:

I think by the UKs terms KF already has effective age assurance.

You login, you get called a retard. If you cry and leave then you're obviously still a child.

Kids vote for green policy which they want to force through. Working adults feel prosperity slip away as everything becomes 5x as expensive from power costs.
but then restricting under 18s access to the internet and what they can see
Excuse to roll out surveillance on everyone.

You're trying to use logic to link two things that were cooked up in two entirely different departments for entirely different reasons.

I could see this massively backfiring as da yout all vote for Jeremy Corbyn's Jezzbollah party or the Greens if they're on the left and/or Muslim. Or Reform if they're on the right. I can't see many of them voting Labour. Or for the Conservatives. People vote for those parties because they've done it all their lives and can't face changing. Say what you like about da yout, but at least they don't have that kind of tribal loyalty to LibLabCon. In fact in David Betz's Civil War scenario I think you'd see younger people polarising for either Jezzbollah or something further Islamist, or for Reform or something straight up hard right. This fits with the way the cities all end up run by Islamists and the countryside run by the hard right in that scenario. In a way da yout can see this coming. They don't have any illusions about the current political system continuing, unlike the Boomers, Gen X or the Millenials.

When I was kicked from You Tube for daring to upset Jeffree 'Cock in a Frock' Marsh, and subsequently complained to OFCOM that YT allowed a know danger to children to buy shares/stock in Alphabet, they said that it was a 'site issue' and it would be 'best resolved by making my feelings known to the Site Owner/s.'

Hang on though...

Josh @Null is apparently a danger because what and why?

If YT can get away with allowing Marsh to do his degenerate shit online, then by comparison what Kiwi Farms is compared to him is very mild indeed.

If Marsh is a Chicken Vindaloo on YT and X, we're a mere Prawn Korma over here.

We asked 100 people what the top concerns of UK citizens are at present:

1) Migrants 2) Crime 3) Inflation/Monetary Concerns 4) Lack of Freedom of Speech
5) Degradation of the Environment

but you OFCOM said:

'Nasty Hurty Words'

OUR SURVEY SAID:

he can buy whatever stock he wants, who cares, his behavior is disturbing though, all this stuff about disconnecting from your family etc. Very suspect and red flag, unfortunately seemingly ignored because proactive interventions only happen for people who are in other groups of interest to whoever makes these decisions.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Lefty grooms kids - that's fine

Right Wing site says 'Fuck Starmer!' - OMG NOOOO!

Also, in Wales, education is now compulsory until you're 18 (or kicked out of school or home-schooled).

lol good luck enforcing that, do 16 year olds give a shit what anyone tells them to do?
Not really, plus the Welsh Baccalaureate which is mandatory in schools is not helping kids get jobs or into University.

To put it into context, if an English 18 year old got A* at A Level, he/she would likely go to Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham or one of the top 10 Universities nationally. Possibly Harvard/Yale though the student in question would have to be mega smart.

A Welsh 18 year old getting top marks with a Welsh Bac. would not even get into Shithole-on-Sea University.

Wales, 10 years ago, is what England is becoming now.

All we need is a universal IP range ban on India and South America and we might get the old Internet back after all.
IIRC, 200.0.0.0/7 is largely allocated to South America. No idea about the IPv6 allocations, though.

Sometimes it concerns sites that aren't even important. I wanted to buy some groceries from a big chain store in my country recently and they block VPNs at top level domain. Imagine going to walmart.com and being greeted with "IP obfuscation detected!" in plain text on white background.
There's very good reason for this that doesn't come down to censorship or control. VPNs are used by the lowest tier scammers and lowest tier internet users and result in the highest proportion of problems for almost every single online service. Especially for websites like Walmart and others you're talking about credit card fraud, stolen accounts and other gift card fraud and nigger shit.
When taking a professional seminar on online security, "Use a VPN!" was a dominant theme - but without the caveat that doing so means that online shops and banking sites either won't function correctly or restrict access while connected because of what @neger psykolog posted.

Autists generally just say what they believe to be true, which causes endless problems because most people have learned that the truth isn't meant to be said. I wouldn't blame the autist for this, but yeah it is how it is.
Not only that, but people genuinely on the spectrum tend to have a different social filter - or none at all. As a result, they usually share their thoughts in a frank, candid, and perhaps blunt manner even if those thoughts are neither politically nor socially correct. It doesn't say much that the UK Thought Police would target people who can't help themselves when it comes to what's perceived as bad words.

It does not look like many american companies are happy about this at all. I wonder what might happen...
Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I get the feeling this whole flap over OFCOM has brought together US-based people and entities that would otherwise want nothing to do with each other because they nevertheless share the common interest of not giving into this overreach of authority. As the cliche goes, Politics makes strange bedfellows.

Still, I'm sure whatever Dear Leader announces next regarding this will be both epic and worth the wait.
