I was wondering what he meant too. The answer: not anymore, the last resident was evicted in 2010, but a Google search reveals there were residents living in apartments above Carnegie Hall for over a century, so it's possible Cole lived there in 2000.
 
This beggingdisease he has is getting worse.. He's trying every possible way to get money. It doesn't matter from who or for whatever reason. Just to summarize it:

1. Youtube videos for simple donations
2. Let's play videos for money..... NOW GIVE ME THAT 5 BUCKS!!
3. Youtube videos for bananas
4. Youtube videos for medication
5. Youtube videos for electric bills
6. Fb message demanding money from Cole

It's funny to see he still acts like he's entitled to everything.....that's our good old Chris! Looking at his current message I hope to see upcoming posts directed towards other people like:

- Other Chandler familymembers for [ insert random illegit reasons]
- Donations from the local church for he is named Chris(t), blessed by the holy bear-jesus himself.
- Michael Snyder for the volunteering work he did at his gameshop.
- Compensation from his highschool 'friends' for his companionship throughout the years.
....and so on

Another funny thing is he insulted Cole for calling him a B***ard. That's certainlt Chris'way to do it after asking for favors just like he did before... see 0:20 of the video below.


Oh boy.... I can't wait for more of these obscene messages which awaits us. Let's sit back and have some popcorn.

This drawing is the best Chris-related piece of media in quite some time, holy shit. Pure gold. I just wish he had colored it.
 
I just like how Chris/Barb (the post is to coherent for Chris to have done alone) thinks this will put "pressure" on Cole to give him money.
 
Even if Barb did pay for his post secondary (doubtful given what secretaries earn) so fucking what. Bob and Barb paid for Chris' and he does less with it that Cole does with his so it was clearly a better investment than CAD designs of lego malls.
 
He doesn't even consider working on the shitty webcomic people paid him a thousand bucks to write, but he'll make these shitty angry drawings for free.

Not to mention that Chris has lived rent-free his whole adult life and arguably "owes" Barb more than Cole does because he has been provided with much more. Realistically, neither of them owes Barb a damned thing but living with his parents has been especially advantageous for Chris.

Since she exposed the fact that he got that PS4 himself I've been wondering if having a china would be a guaranty that he would not unfriend you but if she was a dang dirty male would she be unfriended because of the "It just makes you an asshole" part of her comment

Every time I think Chris is going to even out a bit, and cool down on content generation, he throws me a curveball.

He's got a remarkably consistent track-record in this regard.

Chris is always good at one thing. Making me sympathize with whoever he's complaining about. He's actually got me sympathizing with Cole Smithey having to put up with his bullshit and I despise that guy.
 
Tl;dr Chris is mad because Cole is spending his money on his own life instead of funding Chris' toy collection
