To me it really looked like Chris acted progressively more paranoid and deranged after every trolling saga. The mental and emotional damage accumulated and perhaps eventually manifested itself through Chris coming out as a tomgirl.
I think it absolutely was a cumulative effect. I'm not saying the OG trolls are without culpability. Merely that their response was "Aight guys, Chris is losing his shit, lay off." while the contemporary wanna-be trolls respond with "haha, Chris is completely losing the plot, let's exhume Patty's corpse and sodomize it." It's hard to say what Chris really is. One of the most insightful things the seahag has ever said was something akin to "How would you act if everything in your life was, at its heart, done by a troll?" It's true, and simultaenously hilarious and heartbreaking.
I think, in the end (and @Marvin is free to correct me if I'm off course) Chris is a somewhat confused, not that bright to begin with, person who has accepted his "expected" sexuality. At its heart, he deconstructs things to the simplest possible level. Chris understands that he has to pay bills, but it somewhat confounds and pisses him off. The sexual identity is rather the same. He's expected, through various trolls and proclivities, to be a raging faggot. He resisits the flaming heart of it, but submits to licking a Magi-chu dick on a wall. He's gullible, impressionable and naive; he sort of resists the idea that he's gay/bi, but it's been forced upon his meek, weak mind so much that he meanders upon the cusp of acceptance.
Then again, I'm really, really fucking drunk at the moment, so I may be speaking out of my ass. I bought some Blowfish on Marvin's recommendation. Hopefully it does its job.
